I recently had my bathroom remodel due to mold remediation. I brought an updated tub and updated set of shower doors a vanity mirror and lighting fixtures. I was happy with the quality and the price. I've actually gone to several different Lowe's and got incredible customer service at all. They helped me find everything I was looking for and the complete job is absolutely outstanding. The cost was fair as well.

Half the cashiers are so bad. Amy on self checkout refused to help ring out customers when there were no other lanes open. The only good cashiers they stick down in lumber. I know labor shortage and all but come on, you need to have better criteria for hiring than just "Are they breathing?"

I purchased a Coronado shed. It was installed yesterday and it's beautiful! There was a little miscommunication with regards to the paint color but they remedied it and I couldn't be more happier! Everyone at this location is super nice and helpful.

Great service from friendly and knowledgeable employees in the Delran, NJ store, especially for a big box store. It was 3:00 PM on a Tuesday and store was not busy, so that helped. Lowe's is so much more responsive than Home Depot across the street. The plants outside were desperate for water. Droopy with some dead ones so made it difficult to find a healthy plant. Fair prices.

This Lowe's, Mt Holly Lowe's and Maple Shade can't pick an online order. On top of that, they forced me to pay more because it was on sale last week and now it's more expensive. How about your your employees do their job right the first time I only got to Lowe's because my one client makes me. I wouldn't step a foot in a other Lowe's if it wasn't for this client. They are HORRIBLE

I'm a little Bias since I work here. But compared to the other Big Guy Center, I think just the fact that the customer service is 75 */* better makes Lowes the best choice for your home improvement needs. 🐶 Are welcome!

So they say contractors prefer Home Depot and the Home do it your itself person prefers Lowe's. For me it depends what I'm shopping for for. Lowe's doesn't carry my size furnace filter which I can usually find at Home Depot. The sales staff at Lowe's is more knowledgeable while at Home Depot it's hit or miss. Home Depot looks like it's for contractors while Lowe's looks more like a show room. I actually love Lowe's Kobalt line over Home Depot's Ryobi. But I realized on my recent trip there Lowe's made a major mistake. The cordless line was created so you could share a battery with the entire line you purchase. But unlike the Home Depot brand with every tool your also purchasing another battery and charger which increases the price. I don't want five batteries and charges sitting in my garage, I want one and the tools to go with it. I don't know who the person was behind that but they need to correct what they did or find another job.

I prefer the Lowe's in Willingboro over the Home Depot. They definitely take much better care of the plants and shrubs in their garden center. The majority of the employees know their departments very well and are knowledgeable in construction/ home improvement and offer assistance. At Home Depot you could be on fire and still not have anyone offer to help. Since both their prices are comparable, I'd rather give my money to the business that actual cares about and helps their customers.
