2 years ago, I tried to deposit a home insurance claim check. This branch gave me a hard time about it but the one in Scotch Plains accepted it without a problem. Today, I called in advance to see if this branch could print out tax statements that got lost. They said yes. I arrived to the branch and they didn’t let me in. They said I needed to make an appointment to get the tax statements. Again, I went to the one on Scotch Plains and they accommodated me without any trouble. I’m done with the Fanwood branch.

I always have worst experience at TD bank fanwood bcz the staff here is so rude they don’t even know how to behave well with the customers u have to stand in a que for so long n when ur turn comes they may b took someone else first🙄 it always sucks to go there bcz the staff don’t cooperate with u
