This place is the best! They filled my RX 10mins before closing because I was leaving for a work trip the next morning. No corporate pharmacy does that! They always help out their customers in a bind. Thank you Boyds!

Been going there for years and I did step away for a moment but I came right back there's nothing like it friendly accommodating very knowledgeable it's just a good place to go to pick up your medication and other needs

This is the nastiest pharmacy I have ever dealt with! The pharmacist told me I deserve to be shot because I asked him to fax over a prior authorization request. The staff seems like they casually let it happen. When I called back and asked if he speaks to people this way she said "yeah sometimes" as if it was no big deal. Horrible horrible.

I have been going to Boyd’s in Florence for 25 years and Every time I call with a question I get Clark or someone on the phone who can answer my questions. It’s nice to have that personal touch. In fact I was prescribed a medication once and Clark caught it was not a good combination with a drug I was already taking. So you can say Clark saved my life lol. Thank you To ALL of the Boyd’s team for all you do including in the community.

Decided not to carry the medication my wife is prescribed twice now. Then to top it off they called the cops on me for parking my car behind the liquor store AFTER I had asked the owner of the liquor store if I could park there while the street parking was plowed terribly after a snow storm. Liquor store owner said "go ahead" Boyd's said "call the cops, this empty lot needs policing!" Just your friendly neighborhood pharmacy being neighborly!

It’s sad that a receptionist from a Dr office doesn’t understand how much we try to provide for our patients. After working with & helping Drs for 47 years, I run into this person & she was truly nasty & belligerent! The patient agreed with my frustration & will be transferring to another Dr. I asked to speak to the physician & I was hung up on twice & told that the prior authorization might take 3 or more days….. Totally unacceptable ……shame, shame, shame

Omg I swear the beautiful humans beems that work at this place are amazing. They even called to wish me a Happy Birthday. If u are a customer your VIP this how they treat everyone. All i can say is they are AMAZING😘😘

Boyd's has really helped me with timing of my medications, costs and questions that I've had. Clarke and his wonderful team have been kind, courteous and friendly. I couldn't imagine going to another Pharmacy (other than another Boyd's location!) Good job, team!
