I have purchased a few pairs of shoes here in the last year. I ordered some “booties” online and they were too small so I returned them to the store. I had the receipt, and had paid by credit card. The salesperson required seeing my driver’s license before giving me credit for my return. I asked why? They said “The computer requires it!” I did let them take it and they finally finished the return. I won’t shop there again! I feel there was no reason for this invasion of privacy. I rarely return items and have very good credit rating.

My online pickup order was accurate and as expected. Staff was very polite and efficient despite being a bit busy at the time. I was offered a nice bonus discount on my next purchase for having to wait a short while due to a system error while the management sorted it out properly. Pleasant experience at this location.

I ordered a pair of sandals online. It was a good price and I got a 20% discount I guess since was the first time I had ordered online. Though the Watchung Square Mall is much closer for me, the only place Famous would "deliver it" for free was the Valley Mall. Since the ShopRite there is my favorite storeI chose it. It was not convenient, so I don't pick it up till I got a notice that the order would be canceled if I did not pick it up the next day. I called the store (the phone number on the email was wrong- disconnected) but correct on Google. Anyway they said they would hold it for an extra day. Today when I went to pick it up, the manager, who was very nice but very busy since he was working with just a fellow how had as he said over and over, just started yesterday, said the oder had been cancelled but the shoes were still there and I could now talk advantage of the BOGO 1/2 price. Which I did . There is a large selection and plenty in my size (8.5 or 9) . I don't buy shoes that frequently but I will return to this store.

Absolutely terrible. I had a gold card member coupon and the manager refused to take it and said it wasn't valid. I left and checked the coupon it was very much valid so I called and the manager all but called me stupid telling me to get back in the car with my 3 small children drive another 30 minutes back there so she could try and scan the coupon but that she was the manager and she KNOWS it's not valid. I called corporate. They apologized, refunded the difference and told me she was wrong and that the coupon they are sending IS IN FACT VALID. poorly run store, find another one.
