i was grateful to be greeted at the front and i felt very welcomed. when it came to looking for shoes however i kept looking for an employee and the only one who approached me was the employee Jose. He was extremely helpful and even offered some suggestions and they really caught my attention. all in all i had a great experience for my first time at this location.

The store was very clean and neat. The staff was very attentive and helpful. They greeted me upon entering and were very pleasant. When I found what I was looking for the salesman helped me right away. Everything I needed was in stock and ready for me. Excellent experience!

Run by young kids with no understanding of sales and customer service. The upside for the business is that the shoes sell themselves and they have a reasonable selection.

My kids are obsessed with sneakers so I’m in a lot of sneaker stores very often. Today I went into Short Hills footlocker to pick up a reservation. I was greeted by Melissa who recognized me as a customer from another footlocker I also shop in. It was a great experience. She is so professional, energetic, kind, helpful and overall pleasant. It was really nice to have such great customer service by Melissa. I recommend that anyone that needs sneakers to ask for her!

Quite possibly the rudest, least engaged staff I've ever experienced. Staff member put a customer that was making an online order, on speaker to the store and laughed to other customers (including myself) at the fact that he was "breathing heavily". Another staff member made me wait until he was done telling a story about his girlfriend to coworker to grab a shoe in my size (aka the reason he's there) all the while they were walking around with their personal cell phones glued to their face and rolling their eyes every time a task was requested. Ridiculous.
