EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!! Looked on the website for two items that said this location had PLENTY in stock! I even asked an employee to show me the location in the store and she confirmed the amount and where to locate it. Well guess what?! There wasn’t ANY! This location needs to update its inventory! Ridiculous! So much for being a home improvement store more like a home deterioration store! Get it together! I do have to say though at least the employee who helped me was friendly and helpful. Thank you to her.

Terrible customer service! Placed an online order to be delivered by the Watching store. Order was confirmed with a delivery date. When the delivery date arrived I called to make sure it would arrive and I was told the order was cancelled. After dealing with their 800 number the store management was involved and gave me a phone number and extension to call him back to correct. I called several times to that extension and it rang 100 times with no one picking up. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I work for a delivery service thats a liason between HD and customer. The goal is just to get the customers items to the customer that was already paid for by the time they expect. Usually the only thing the cashier has to do is grab the items from the locker that was already pre picked. This is the only location the employees specifically Hispanic women who works during the am shift knows what your there for will totally ignore you so you leave. I would think HD would want to ensure custome satisfaction. .

Navigating through the store is easy with the app. And the isles are setup so you can see straight through to the back of the store which is helpful especially when you are not using the app

Waited around 45min trying to get a grill from the topshelf and left empty handed after being sent in circles by multiple employees. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, it's 2nd time I've had issues here. Last time I was looking for a pole to change a lightbulb and It said 30+ in stock but they couldn't find any!

This is by far the best location I have been to. Everything I needed they had and easy to find. A worker named Doreen went over and beyond helping me get the items I needed while Juggling two kids. Thank You so much for making my experience so smoothly.

Updated review Summer 2022 : Customer service has gone way down. Ordered a power washer order number WP40701655. Waited about 15 minutes in pick up line for an item ordered online since they only had one person handling returns plus pickups on a busy Sunday which is inadequate. Needless to say my order was not ready as promised. Waited about another 15 minutes to find out the item is out of stock. Not even the niceness of an apology from the customer service representative. I had them refund me $318.21. Never will I do pick up at Home Depot, delivery or in shopping only. I put the blame on local and regional management. Review from 2020: It's a good store typical of Home Depot. Good parking lot. The rental store is nice. Other than that a typical Home Depot.

I have been a Home Depot of watching customer for some years. They are to busy picking orders and using the carts for a growing part of their business but have forgotten about the customers that come into the store everyday. Priority should be to get contractors back out the door. Instead I am waiting 40 minutes to get 6 pieces of wood down off high shelf while a forklift drives past picking an order for 25 minutes.

I was helped by Sasha at the cash register she explained to me perfectly about opening a Home Depot charge account she told me I could save $50 on my purchase if I opened up a store credit card she was extremely knowledgeable and professional thank you Sasha
