i was grateful to be greeted at the front and i felt very welcomed. when it came to looking for shoes however i kept looking for an employee and the only one who approached me was the employee Jose. He was extremely helpful and even offered some suggestions and they really caught my attention. all in all i had a great experience for my first time at this location. ~nicole

My family and I were shopping in Blue Star Mall tonight. We were in Marshalls until 8:45 p.m. and then decided to stop by the children's place since it closes at 9:00 p.m. We walked over to the children's place and the store manager was closing the door and it was just turning 8:50 p.m. She gave us a very unfriendly look and kept motioning that the store was closed. I found this behavior incredibly unprofessional and I frankly found it unbelievable that she didn't want to sell anything in the last 10 minutes of the day. I am very disappointed with the store. ~Sonali

Whenever we're in the area we stop in this store. It's always tidy/organized and has some great selections. Today we received exceptional service from the two employees working the check out. I had a very old paper merchandise credit that the gentleman kindly took and transferred onto a card for me while I was rung out by a lovely young lady. I, regretfully, did not take note of either of their names. My daughter got an amazing soft fabric rompers for a steal and she plans to wear it for the first day of school. We got to Mattress Firm after going to 3 other mattress stores earlier in the day, so we were pooped. I was lucky enough to have Howard help me and my boyfriend find myself a new mattress. He understood my price point and my likes and dislikes and we found the perfect mattress. Howard was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He’s very good at his job! And I’m very happy with the service we got and I’m really looking forward to my new mattress :) ~Olivia

The store itself and many employee are very pleasant. However, the manager Alex needs to learn how to speak to people. I went into make a payment and experienced issues. When he was called over to assist he was dismissive and rude. He acted like it couldn’t possible be any issue on there side and had to be my fault. Think people forget that without loyal customers they wouldn’t be employed. ~Ms.

I mean the place is clean and all except for the fact that they allow/tell people to come into work that possibly could be passing Covid around. The manager of that store obviously doesn’t care about our kids or the virus that could get them sick. If your okay with your kids coming into this store with a chance to catch Covid by a manager who doesn’t care if the workers have Covid then be my guest but if not then please avoid this store at all times because it baffles me that they actually allow this.
