Best shoe store in Watchung, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

i was grateful to be greeted at the front and i felt very welcomed. when it came to looking for shoes however i kept looking for an employee and the only one who approached me was the employee Jose. He was extremely helpful and even offered some suggestions and they really caught my attention. all in all i had a great experience for my first time at this location. ~nicole

Was super stressed about finding the perfect dress for prom but walked out so happy about my purchase! The ladies, especially Vanessa, Doreen, and Lilia made my experience super smooth. I was so indecisive but they stayed patient the entire time and gave me amazing opinions! Loved the variety, team, and ambience that was found here and I’m definitely coming back for any other special events ~Angel

The store itself and many employee are very pleasant. However, the manager Alex needs to learn how to speak to people. I went into make a payment and experienced issues. When he was called over to assist he was dismissive and rude. He acted like it couldn’t possible be any issue on there side and had to be my fault. Think people forget that without loyal customers they wouldn’t be employed. ~Ms.

I mean the place is clean and all except for the fact that they allow/tell people to come into work that possibly could be passing Covid around. The manager of that store obviously doesn’t care about our kids or the virus that could get them sick. If your okay with your kids coming into this store with a chance to catch Covid by a manager who doesn’t care if the workers have Covid then be my guest but if not then please avoid this store at all times because it baffles me that they actually allow this.
