I mean the place is clean and all except for the fact that they allow/tell people to come into work that possibly could be passing Covid around. The manager of that store obviously doesn’t care about our kids or the virus that could get them sick. If your okay with your kids coming into this store with a chance to catch Covid by a manager who doesn’t care if the workers have Covid then be my guest but if not then please avoid this store at all times because it baffles me that they actually allow this. I know if it was my kid id be furious at that and would definitely need to talk to a higher up about their management. CARTERS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

This store is just ok. Not as much inventory (fresh - they do have a lot of clearance items though) stock as other stores (like the Carter's in Clark). Slow cashiers so be prepared to wait. They closed the Osh Kosh next door, probably due to low sales volume. It wasnt connected like the one in Clark.

Poor customer service. Stopped entering from 8:45pm, I reached at 8:47pm. They said it’s closed , I asked can we at least return one item and they said we have these many people already, I can’t take more. Should change closing time to 8:30pm, won’t waste my time to come from home to store otherwise.

I love Carter's!! All there clothes last pass there size. They are soft and have some really nice patterns and styles. 4 kids in and Carter's hasn't let me down.

Staff here is so friendly! Great selection of clothes too and always neatly organized. They have large clearance/sale section in the back.

I cant give even 1 star coz of the poor staff, We got many gift from carters to my baby and we called customer care before entering the store for exchange, when we went there staff denied exchange it, very rude behavior from a white women, I love Carters cloths but will never go again to this store.

Worst carters ever... i have my baby with me I just want to buy a hoodie only because of sudden weather change for my baby they stop entering people at 8:40pm they close at 9 PM they returning people ...I came from very long I never go again

Needs better customer service. There is a small line of customers in an empty store with 2 associatesat the register. One is working the register, the other is cutting up sale signs. What is wrong with this pic? Do people not care about customer service anymore?
