My family and I were shopping in Blue Star Mall tonight. We were in Marshalls until 8:45 p.m. and then decided to stop by the children's place since it closes at 9:00 p.m. We walked over to the children's place and the store manager was closing the door and it was just turning 8:50 p.m. She gave us a very unfriendly look and kept motioning that the store was closed. I found this behavior incredibly unprofessional and I frankly found it unbelievable that she didn't want to sell anything in the last 10 minutes of the day. I am very disappointed with the store.

I simply adore this brand. The Children's Place is one of my favorite stores to stop by and shop for amazing clothes with added sparkles :) Unlike many of its counterparts, this store located in such a great plaza and is super tidy and neat.

This location is horrible!!! Today is Veterans Day they were suppose to be open @9:30. I left @10:30 still no one opened the store. Several customers came & left. There was a line with myself & the delivery driver for the store was waiting outside. So unprofessional!! I had to call another location just to find out why they wasn't open yet. They said the was calling the district manager to find out why. That's bad when you have your own delivery person waiting who deliver the clothes to the stores and the customers!!

They are scheduled to be open at 930am. I left at 942 and they were still not open. The employee who was opening the store heard me knocking on the door and repeatedly ignored me while I stood outside in the rain holding my baby. I finally knocked loudly enough that she felt like she had to come and she said she could not let us in until she finished counting everything. I asked if the store was supposed to be open at 930am and she said yes but she had to finish counting and could not let us in. This place should be shut down.

I had the worst experience tonight. First of all, there were so many people on line and one person on the register. The person on the floor decided it was more important to straighten up then help the line of six people . When I asked for another register to open up , The woman on the floor had a big attitude. She started to scan my items and I noticed she double scanned an item in addition to scanning an item that was not mine. I then told her that she double scanned and she argued and said she did not. I asked her to doublecheck and she continued to argue until the other cashier said to cancel everything out and start over . Guess what? My order came to $65 less . She also left the security tags on the clothes . Last but not least , today was the day to earn children's place cash.... spend 20 you get 20 ... she never gave them to me. I should have $100 worth of children's place cash but nothing . Not only was the service poor, the attitude sucked and I plan on calling there first thing in the morning to let them know about my experience. Do yourself a favor , go to the Westfield store ... The Watchung store needs attitude adjustments .
