We got to Mattress Firm after going to 3 other mattress stores earlier in the day, so we were pooped. I was lucky enough to have Howard help me and my boyfriend find myself a new mattress. He understood my price point and my likes and dislikes and we found the perfect mattress. Howard was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He’s very good at his job! And I’m very happy with the service we got and I’m really looking forward to my new mattress :)

Wonderful service! Ahmad so helpful, he answered all our questions and was so friendly. 100% would recommend. They had a nice selection of beds too. This is the second mattress I buy here, and if I need another one I'll definitely come back!

As soon as we walked in, Ahmed greeted us. He was friendly and knowledgeable, quickly showing us bedding options that suited our tastes and our budget. He respected our request to be Covid safe, and brought us the proper protective coverings for us to use when trying the beds. We highly recommend this store and Ahmed’s personalized service.

My husband and I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress for us. Khizar was phenomenal in helping us. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. We were given the time to really decide what worked best for us and ended up very pleased with what we purchased. Not to mention in the middle of the whole process our 7 yo got sick outside and without even asking Khizar grabbed a water bottle and paper towels for him. Small acts of kindness that went a long way! We definitely will return for our future mattress needs!
