Best furniture store in Watchung, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

We got to Mattress Firm after going to 3 other mattress stores earlier in the day, so we were pooped. I was lucky enough to have Howard help me and my boyfriend find myself a new mattress. He understood my price point and my likes and dislikes and we found the perfect mattress. Howard was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He’s very good at his job! And I’m very happy with the service we got and I’m really looking forward to my new mattress :) ~Olivia

The store itself and many employee are very pleasant. However, the manager Alex needs to learn how to speak to people. I went into make a payment and experienced issues. When he was called over to assist he was dismissive and rude. He acted like it couldn’t possible be any issue on there side and had to be my fault. Think people forget that without loyal customers they wouldn’t be employed. ~Ms.
