I took my daughter (7yrs) out for an impromptu girls' day to this adorable nail salon. We were lucky to get in with no appointment as it was a Tuesday morning. The vibe here is laid back and welcoming. My daughter was a bit nervous but she did great. Her nail tech made her feel comfortable and neither of us felt rushed to leave. Let's just say the massage chair was my daughter's favorite part. The nail tech who did my pedicure was friendly and talkative which made my pedicure more enjoyable. Another thing I truly like was they did not try to up sell me a lip or eyebrow wax. (If I wanted my Tom Selleck mustache waxed,I'll let you know). I will most definitely be back.

love the place! the girl doing my nails I believe her name was tina was super sweet. I didn’t get anything crazy done but they turned out great and I absolutely love the color! found this place through a friend and will definitely be coming back. very comfortable environment I just felt bad for the lack of conversation on my end because I get nervous and quiet in social settings so if you’re seeing this girl i’m sorry :,) but I really appreciated the service!!!

This is the third time my nails are chipped or oddly damaged WITHIN 24 hours after getting my nails done here. I figured it was the nail polish and not the techs fault. However, when I walked in today Tina had a nasty attitude and slick remarks because I didn’t have an appointment. I woke up with my nails damaged even though I just paid to get them done the day before. I work every other day from their open to closing time. Therefore it was the only time I would’ve been able to go in regardless. I apologized and said I didn’t have time to call because they weren’t open yet when I woke up and realized it. Yet she continued with her remarks. Rather than apologizing for the nails damaging so soon, she kept apologizing to her other client and repeatedly told me that I must’ve done something to damage my nails. As I was leaving she also said “your welcome” with a rude tone in her voice. I wanted to give their polish a chance but after being treated so poorly I won’t be returning.

One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a long time! Everyone was so friendly and it felt like you were hanging out with a bunch of friends even though it was our first time there. The salon is adorable and you could tell they put a lot of care into the atmosphere and they quality of work they’re doing! Service: Pedicure

I’ve been here a few times, and every time the ladies do an amazing job! They take the time to get to know their clients and have great senses of humor. I have gotten acrylics done here which were done perfectly with a beautiful design and I’ve also gotten gel manicures and pedicures. The salon is incredibly clean and the staff is kind and welcoming. Recently visited their new location and absolutely loved it! I had a mani/pedi done by Brittany who was such a pleasure to talk to and did a phenomenal job on my nails. She was so patient with the design I had in mind and completely nailed it (okay, pun intended..). The space is so open and airy, and they still played my beloved "The Office" in the pedicure area. The owner Thai is an absolute sweetheart and always makes me feel appreciated and cared for when I visit. They follow all of the safety protocols and sanitize each area thoroughly which gives peace of mind. If you're local, definitely check out this place for a great service! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I had called looking for a backup salon . They are very very nice in there don’t get me wrong . I liked the design given . But my nails already need to get done again , thin layer of polish ( she painted them 2x) I don’t know normally my nails last 2 + wks they are lifting and spacing . I feel that I wasted money !!! I love this place! Tina has been doing my nails now for months and I’ve recommended her to my mom, who VERY specific about her nails, and multiple other people. I hardly ever know what I want to do with my nails and I let Tina do her thing and she always does an awesome job. Always picks a great color, design and gets my style. Everyone is very friendly and social. The place is very clean and I love that they always have HGtv! Highly recommend!!!

So many WONDERFUL things to say about the Nail Cafe, beginning from my phone call to make my appointment! Thai (the owner) took my call on a busy Saturday and although I wanted her and she so nicely explained that she had a packed schedule, she confidently explained that another technician would be able to take care of me...even after I explained to her that I am very particular about my nails. When I arrived That immediately greeted me by name, and asked for Brie to wrap my nails, and she did so with pleasure!!!! Brie later introduced me to my technician Rosa and the WONDERFUL experience continued!!!! Rosa patiently worked with me as I developed my design choices based on my color choices. Rosa CONSISTENTLY (not in an annoying way) asked if she was hurting me and if I was okay as she trimmed my cuticles and filed my nails. Rosa & Thai worked together to achieve the look that I wanted and make me feel comfortable! I am VERY PARTICULAR about where I get my nails done and who I provide money to for a service. ALL of the ladies made me feel comfortable from the onset, paying very close attention to detail!!!! Nail Cafe DEFINITELY has a new customer in me, and if you give them a try you WONT be sorry! Sorry for the long review but they TRULY DESERVE IT!!!
