Call for information regarding closing my now decease mothers account and no one was available to speak to me. Took my information and informed me they will call me back in fifteen (15) minutes. Never called back. Self proclaimed Americas Most Convenient Bank. 5 Accounts with them for nearly 11 years. All qualified associates are now gone. Horrible.

I arrived 12:30 , the customer rep behind the counter wasn’t assisting any one , but made me wait for 10-15 min, shortly I was told that they will be closing soon and can not help me to open an account, while she actually had someone available , sitting and doing nothing ! I wonder if these people get trained before getting to work with people . I left an infant and ran to the bank to get job done ! Dissatisfied

Came to open business account 25 minutes before closing time, they told me that no personal banker is available to assist, the associate claimed that the side is closed early today, I have to come the next day. very unprofessional TD bank, I'm taking my business somewhere else.

The absolute worst bank customer service in planet earth. Because of such bad customer service in this bank is why I’m considering changing. The girl Grismerys has such a bad attitude and never smiled when asking me what I needed help with. Aracelis was very helpful and I appreciate her having a good attitude but when I went back to speak to her she passed me to Grismerys and boy was she horrible. At the end of the day she did nothing for me and I left school all the way in Rutgers Newark for no reason. It was not until I called customer service phone line and spoke to Darvin and he told me what the next steps should be. I appreciate him because without him nothing would’ve been done. I then called back the store and the assistant manager Laura agreed that I needed to do what Darvin had told me. My thing is why couldn’t they help me when I was there the first time? It took me having to speak to 5 different customer service phone line reps to get something done. They need to train their employees on how to run things. And hey maybe smile a bit, it never hurts to smile even when you’re faking it. I work at a doctors office and I have to smile 24/7 and never once give the patients bad attitudes cause at the end of the day the customer has the right of way. Please train your employees because the reviews just continue to go down and nothing is done. Special shoutout to Erik for resolving my problem I appreciate him.

This is by far the worst branch that I have every been to. The service is just horrible. The tellers are rude and incompetent. I use the drive up and there is always a long wait, even when there are a few cars. I use them only when I need to get something deposited before closing and they are, unfortunately, the closest branch near my office.

Hurts me to even give this location 1 star. Been banking with them for YEARS...left as an employee because management was TERRIBLE and pay was bad. Kept multiple accounts open. Last week they gave me 2 counterfeit Bills worth $200, when confronted they took NO accountability. This is not the first time customer service was terrible, anytime asked for help, they have nothing to offer. Branch should be closed off, or maybe just made into an ATM location. Have been hearing the same consents from other friends and family.

Most of the staff are friendly,courteous, and professional starting with the branch manager Mr. Alberto. Any complaints or issues he will attentively resolved. Definitely keeping business at this TD bank branch.

This is the worst TD bank location EVER. Last week I went to this location to change my last name on my cards because I got married.I presented the manager with my State driver's license and additional documentation then I was told that my husband had to be present to receive new cards. Later that day, I went to another location with the same credentials and was given my NEW cards with no hassle and excellent customer service. This is not the first lack of customer service I have received from this location and I will never return.
