This is my favorite dollar tree store and I’m a local customer of this store but today’s experience was so bad the old African American lady she’s so rude and behaved like so unprofessional i had same before I have noticed she talked with a costumer so rude. Today didn’t purchase anything because of her 08/02/2022 at 7:30pm. I didn’t any argument with that cheap personality cashier just left the items. Manger should train your all employees well especially the lady. If she do this continue with the resident customers where they should go? Management department please, take an action. I see many complaining about line I have same complain just check the camera Please let me know here I did not even cut the line and she asked me go behind the line.

Went in today.....NO A/C.... Hot, Hot, Hot.... All Chocolate Items were Like Mush. Asked cashier about a/c... She said it's Broke... OK... Have it fixed.! Dollar Tree just upped all the Prices When A/C Fails on the hottest day, Just proves Poor Maintance Practice... Who ever Is charge of this...Needs to Go....

Could be more organized and cleaner, but it's a good store. Update. .. maybe the store changed owners. The reading glasses were $1. Now they are $4.99. They can keep their junk.

I love the Dollar Tree even with the price going up 25 cents. They always in time with the season theme and holidays supplies.

I don’t really like coming here but the few times I do it’s because I’m at the other stores there. Today was one of those days. I was in the line with my mother. As we were waiting, I put one of the separator blocks to obviously separate my things with the person who was in front of me. As I do this, I was trying to be helpful and I try to take another one for the person behind me to start putting their things. As I touch it, the cashier Michelle yells at me in a rude way saying to “not touch it” I tell her “ok but you don’t need to speak to me that way, I only trying to help”. She responds by saying that “there’s no need, I can see and I know.” It has happened before I was charged for another person’s thing. This is the purpose for these blocks but I guess it was such a big deal. My mother steps in and tried to explain to her that I was only trying to help and that there was no need for her attitude. Michelle kept arguing back and eventually told my mom “speak English”. That is so discriminatory and so disrespectful. All of this over the separator blocks? I understand your job is miserable but you don’t have to be such a cruel person.

Only 2 registers are open at a time. There's alwys a line. Don't go here unless you planning on spending the night. Super slow service.

I came in today Nov 17 at 12:30. I was very busy, on the phone, and in a rush. I was the customer that is probably annoying. Jada checked out my items and was super helpful even though I was on the phone the entire time. She made sure to wrap my glass items and even stopped me on the way out to make sure I knew which bags had the glass so I didn’t break them. She was kind, helpful, and efficient. Often times when I come to dollar tree the workers can be pretty unhelpful. But today she stood out and I just wanted to make sure the owner and others knew how amazing of a worker she is. She could have easily brushed me off since I was on the phone not really giving her the time of day, but she was professional and intentional in helping me!
