I walked in with little knowledge about this form of smoking and all of the options there are. I walked out feeling very educated and comfortable with my first vaping purchase. Brandon was awesome and answered all of my questions with clear answers and great patience. Brandon, Theo, and Keith treated me like I was a regular. Unbelievable customer care was provided! Great pricing and choices too! Look forward to going back, trying different flavor options, and becoming that regular that they made me feel like tonight.

I bought a vape a little over a week ago. I was having some issues with it, and called and spoke to Brandon. He was incredibly helpful and quickly helped me troubleshoot my issue. When I continued to have the problem I went in and saw Brandon. He was very knowledgeable, and was able to help me really understand the model I bought, and the best way to use it (as the problem was definitely operator error). He also gave me tons of information on the different liquids available in the store. Highly recommend this shop. They have everything you might need for vaping, and the staff is obviously very well educated on all of their products!

In my eyes this is the ONLY vape shop to go to! I am very fortunate to have a Good Guy Vapes right in my town. The customer service at this shop is top of the line and fully aware of their regular customers needs. Brandon is especially helpful and a asset to this business. Came in for the first time earlier this week to get some coils for my tank. The staff was extremely nice, the prices are great, and they actually recommended a tank I may get soon. Only reason this is not a 5 star review is because when I walked in and left the air conditioning unit mounted above the entrance leaked all over me. Again the staff and experience were great but, the ac needs maintenance or to be repositioned. I will still recommend Good Guy Vapes to friends and family.

Super friendly and helpful! I’m from out of town and needed a coil for my vape. I got a new mod before leaving NJ but didn’t think to get extra coils. So of course I had no clue what could it took, he was patient and even recommended I call my shop back home which hadn’t even occurred to me! They had a good selection of juices. This will definitely be my go to when we come up to visit. Also before going I checked reviews and appreciated that the owner took time to respond to all the comments. Shows they appreciate and value their customers and their experience.

I had such a easy, attentive, and fulfilling experience last night. I have been to many different vapour shops and nothing compares to good guy vapes. I am SUPER picky on my juices and I have found a new juice that I love! My friend told us about good guy vapes because I was in a pinch for juice and I am totally glad he did. Their prices are awesome! I just wish I found them sooner because I wouldn't have spent an arm and a leg at other places getting stuff that I don't even use. Theo who works there is really awesome! He helped me go through my new mod step by step and was extremely patient!!! When another customer came in he excused himself politely to help them real quick and come back to us. He was very very knowledgeable on all the products and made great recommendations. Good guy Vapes should be very pleased they have such a wonderful employee. Plus their selection of stuff is out of this league. They are the Louis Vuitton of Vape Shops without the steep prices. I am not joking. I know this is a super long review, I am just in awe, excited and really really happy I found this place that I want to tell everyone!!!!
