This place is okay if you need something right away and it's close. However, it seems like the things I wanted to purchase were out of stock or you had to order it and pick it up later. They tried to get me to order this silverware in the store and act like it was a benefit because they'd ship it to the store for free. That prompted me to look up the item on my own and I discovered they were offering an inferior set at a more expensive price. For the same set of silverware. They were selling the 301/0 stainless for 99 dollars. I went on Amazon(free prime shipping) and got the exact same line but made with 301/10 stainless and I paid 79 dollars for it. The difference in the metal is that the 301/10 has 10% nickel in it, and that is what keeps it from rusting. So I gave 20 dollars less for a better product that I would have been unhappy with in the long run had I bought it from bb&b. Lesson from this: research your purchases and pay attention to what you are buying vs what is available.....will ofter save you $ and frustration. But beyond that, the staff was nice and helpful

Went in today around 4pm and bought a Mother’s Day gift and other various bath and bed items for a rental property and were followed around and stared at the entire time. We where made to feel very uncomfortable by the ppl working in the store. Won’t be back. Prices are super high.

Not enough inventory in the store. I was shopping for kitchen curtains. A nearby super Wal-Mart had a better selection.

Smaller than other locations. Nice employees. Used to be the store of choice due to their amazing return policy, but they changed it. On that matter, Sam's club becomes a more attractive store now.

Well, Everyone was so Friendly & Helpful. BUT, why are Prices NOT on items in the Store? NOTHING is Priced. I bought a Towel that was suppose to be $9.00, they charged me $12.00 & unfortunately did not realize this Error until I drove 18 miles Home. Also, bought 2 other items that thank goodness I had made pictures of the Price of them cause they Rang up wrong Also. What's going on here????!!!!????

Truly friendly staff. I always find things I need for the kitchen. Prices are good-I don’t see huge increases. Remember to use your 20% coupons!!!

I haven't been here in a long time, but they do have a lot of very nice things! 4 stars because they are a bit pricey. Although they do match prices. Very friendly customer associates! I did however buy a memory foam pillow and it was great to sleep on. I recommend this store. Thank you

Great customer service and fast flow even with all the traffic. Although bathrooms were in rough shape😬. I esp love this place because I exchange my soda steamer tanks fort half the price and bring in a 20% off coupon Everytime. Love it. Best buy stopped carrying them. But these folks always have them in stock.💯☺️.

I love shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond..I had to replace our old kitchen garbage because it was missing a top and my baby kept messing with it. I needed something that was baby proof and I found it for $51 at Bed Bath and Beyond.
