Worst establishment, the equipment is bad and the gym is dirty! The initial trainer told me I could make up missed training as long as we converse prior to the dates. My husband had surgery and before that I had another family emergency. Then the trainer was sick and missed several training sessions. Anyway I was told by the trainer and his supervisor that my account would be put on hold. Instead I was charged for 3 months. Finally I spoke with both owners of the gym and was told I would receive one month refund and wouldn’t be charged again until August. Anyway, I came in to train and the trainer took me in to speak with the owner who claimed I had no more sessions. The lies and shenanigans was too much! I release them! Don’t join this gym. It’s dirty with filthy equipment.

Won’t return calls after leaving multiple messages over many months. I moved from Killeen about a year ago and have been trying to cancel my membership for a while. Still keep getting billed. Staff never answers the phone even after leaving many messages. No contact via email either.

I really like this gym because it is never really packed. They have a decent amount of equipment and added another dumbbell rack which is great. Very laid back feel too which I like. Only thing is I wish they had another bench they only have three right now. Other than that pretty good gym to go to at anytime since it's 24 hours.

Be warned. We started getting charged about, a year after my wife cancelled her membership (in person), and the billing agency says the membership was not cancelled, only paused. She absolutely cancelled... the manager took her key fob and everything. Spoke to the current manager and he said it was never cancelled, only paused. Seriously... some shady stuff going on here. I will be filing a BBB complaint next. ————————————————————————— Update to response below: I simply want a refund of fees charged after my wife came in to cancel her membership over a year ago. I was charged fees last month and this month. This is what I requested through ABC and the response received was “It is possible that after a year of being frozen, the member may have forgotten about the freeze all together.” She never requested a freeze, period. She requested her membership to be canceled because we were moving and apparently she was deceived.

Love this gym! Joined in late December, I was looking for a gym that was less crowded compared to the ones in Killeen. Even on a “busy day” it’s not packed. It’s open 24 hours, love having it to myself at 1am. Sanitizing wipe dispensers are located throughout the gym. Gym stays clean and equipment in the strength corner stays organized. Staff is great and helpful. Manager makes himself available if anything needs attention. On my training days, my trainer has helped me so much, guides and pulls the best out of me, I’m reaching my goals sooner than expected. Only thing I haven’t tried are the Zumba classes but love that it’s an option.

Great gym, all employees are very welcoming and professional. 1-on-1 personal training is exceptional Coach Damian is very knowledgeable and pricing is extremely competitive! They also offer Zumba & HIIT classes!

If you cancel they will take one more month payment from you. They have a 30 day wait policy for cancellations. So the 30 day wait period pushes you to a new payment period. You can not cancel immediately within the same payment period you are currently in. It is a way to get more money out of you.

After seeing the broken free weight equipment and the lack of cleanliness I decided this wasn't the gym for me. I was confused because the gym has a 4 star rating? After looking at the reviews I noticed that the staff had wrote FAKE REVIEWS!!! Going though them its so obvious and even multiple review with the same name! the manager from the other Anytime Fitness wrote a review!! The most upsetting thing for me is when I spoke to Anytime Fitness Killeen they mentioned my key fob would be free but when I spoke to other military members that got their memberships here they payed $30-120 for the key fob! If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Scheduled an appointment to join, got to the gym no one was there. Called no one answered. Pretty upsetting to schedule an appointment just to waist my time. Matt reached out and did everything in his power to make things right. I’m definitely excited to start my new journey. Im thankful things turned out for the best !

Very convenient gym. It’s a great size, it has every machine you need to have a great workout from cardio to weights. The gym is well maintained and clean. The manager is very understanding and seems like a genuine guy. I highly recommend this gym
