Very rude snappy response from the girl behind the counter when I asked a simple question. Another customer who overheard the exchange steered me in the right direction because the clerk just couldn't be bothered, but at that point I didn't want to spend my money there so I went someplace else.

Good prices and product but could have better costumer service. Usually only one worker at the register and the rest are lazy. They need more respect for costumers and co-workers.

I asked if they could get me a price for a case of a specific champagne they did not stock. A woman told me they don't have time to get me the price. They don't do that. Said I would just have to order it or not. I went to another nearby liquor store and they were so helpful. Gave me the price and then I ordered. Won't go back to Louna again!

Very rude. went to get a case of beer & a bottle of port. After waiting too long in line, for their registers to update, I was told my card was declined. I had to go home, get my phone, call my bank, & then go back to show the owner that not only was my card good, but that Louna had already charged & collected the cost of my purchase. When I returned, the owner told me to step back until he could take care of all the other customers. Only then, did he look at the information on my phone & say "oh, so we're good?". NO, WE WEREN'T GOOD! They embarressed me after they announced my card was declined & that's what was holding everyone up, made me come back, made me wait again, & still didn't give me the beer that they already charged me for! They didn't even have any port. How is this "good"? All without any sort of "Sorry"? I'll go to the small liquor store up in town. It's 3 minutes away, it's cheaper, they stocked at least 4 different brands of port, & they are actually grateful to have you as a customer.
