Friend of mine went here to send money to his family in Cuba, after he found out they'd be closing Western Union there on 11/23. Unprofessional kids there said they could no longer send money to Cuba. I went to a check-cashing place in Eatontown, and the employee there was super helpful and had the same cut-off date as I did for Cuba. She sent the money there via Western Union with no problem. These kids obviously just didn't feel like doing their jobs.
