My Lexus is a 1992 model and a 29 years old car. The car is still charming and runs well. Because of its old age, once in a while needs maintenance and to have problems fixed. My car’s mechanic is Three Star Auto Service’s Chris. Chris has been taking care of my Lexus for many years, and every time the car was brought to Chris, its problems would be fixed. I plan to keep my car as long as Chris is my mechanic. I have no doubt that Chris is a first-class mechanic who has a very high exceptional professional skills and the ability to fix any car's problems. His diagnosis has always been quick & accurate. The price for repair was always reasonable and the workmanship was superb. After so many years, I find Chris a diligent, friendly, honest, and reliable person. I feel very confident and happy to have Chris taking care of my car. Charged me $335 for an estimate never heard of that before total rip-off, 100 at dealship is the most i payed. Their estimate was $700 higher than somebody else's had it towed there. Also took them 4 or 5 days just to get the estimate.It was going to take them another week to fix it, so they charge me storage fees because they were too slow to fix it and try to blame me. The other shop pick the car up fixed it the next day and I picked it up. They knew I was out of state and took advantage of the situation knowing that I couldn't fight them over the $335 for an estimate. They said they had to push the car 15 ft ,the car ran I know because I drove it into the parking space . I was down there at my grandmother's funeral and had to rush home to go to my sister's funeral in Boston. Which I explained to them so they couldn't get it fixed and I took a train home to my sister's funeral. I totally understaand business first people second.so sad. Says storage right on my receipt I can send you a copy also you never towed my vehicle I can also send you the copy of the receipt with all the parts same exact parts i have quote that you gave me.

Brought in the car and met with DJ, one of the nicest mechanics I have ever met. He was honest and up front about all the work the car needed and the cost. He explained he needed to keep the car for a week to get things ordered, replaced and fixed properly. As promised it was done. He is is very helpful and explains work very well. Lew the owner is a great master mechanic. He figures out the issues with cars other shops can't. He treated my issue like a puzzle that needed solving, and did not give up until he solved it. Was back on the road before sundown, thank you sir for having passion for what you do. However, I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and commitment to quality work. They perform traditional maintenance and complex repairs.
