Michael was so amazing!!!!! He independently supervised high volumes of bespoke product, all compliant with six sigma quality control standards, and well within specified budget parameters, yielding 15-20% lift in customer KPIs. Posters were also pretty!

Terrible la atencion al cliente, No son todos los empleados . Aclaro esa parte! pero terrible mi experiencia , yo espero no regresar . Bad experience, I hope not to return for any reason. Obviously they are not all bad employees, the second person who attended me was very kind, and helped me with everything I needed. Even the shipping price was cheaper with the second employee than with the first. But I'll find another store or UPS

I'm not saying this is a bad place, but it happens to have bad customer service. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this guy named Anthony. The rest of the guys do a fine job as this was my third time here but it was my first and only bad experience.

I went in recently to print an image I wanted framed for Mother's Day. The image was saved at the wrong dimensions on my USB stick, which prohibited me from printing. I was frustrated, but Michael at the counter was knowledgeable & patient with me. He was able to adjust print size on my USB using his computer and print the 24" x 18" image successfully. Cost was way less than I expected to boot. Great experience!

It was 2 dollars to fax something, but their fax didn't work, so the employee faxed it behind the counter and charged me 4 dollars. I know it's small, but the fact he didn't tell me and was so nonchalant about charging double was really annoying.

I submitted an extremely large print order for my wedding - from menus to programs to seating boards and more. This team took the care to call me and confirm details as well as make alternative suggestions to improve my order and save time. We had a minor mishap printing one of the pieces and the team immediately resolved it. I'm so grateful for your help!

I don’t know why this place has customer service complaints. I just dropped off a package for California. There were customers at the counter being served when I walked in. That didn’t stop the gray haired gentleman from immediately looking up, smiling and greeting me with “be with you in just a minute sir” He finished quickly and then immediately helped me pack and label my package. The tone and content of the conversation was genuinely pleasant. He made eye contact while speaking to me. He seemed like he was actually happy that I came in. Not forced or canned. Just a nice friendly guy. He thanked me for my business and wished me a good day. Total time, maybe 3 minutes. There is NO room for improvement. A perfect pleasurable experience. I left with a smile. Whatever “problems” they may have had in the past are either corrected, or the complainant(s) was some miserable clod; the type that finds a $100 bill and grumbles that he has to break it because it wasn’t five $20’s. Absolutely 5 star experience.

Unfortunately I’m not surprised by the low rating this store has. I called ahead to drop off a chair to get shipped as a return item. I spoke with Dylan on the phone prior to arriving who said and confirmed the dimensions; would cost anywhere between 15 and $35. When I arrive I have assistant manager Michael telling me that it will cost me $160 and that they cannot even ship it and (would take one hour to package (isn’t that your job?).?The lack of communication, competency and Professionalism was Paramont during this experience. Please train your employee (s) to better communicate with customers so no one has to go through this.
