Overpriced in every aspect ..went in for rear shocks replacement which I had purchased myself and the price to install was way to high (almost $300) so I went to Quality auto and saved myself $70

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service! I called the same day and was able to have my breaks repaired; new break pads and rotors installed. This was the most efficient service. Every time I went there they purposefully did things to damage my car I will never return the last time I went for an oil change someone cut my serpentine belt of my car broke down luckily I wasn't on the highway I could've died I know they did it because I never went to anyone else to fix my car and the cut was too clean Another incident was I got my break roaters fixed a month prior to going to them without there knowledge then magically they where broke again.... Be careful ..

Very professional and I felt they care about my concerns not their profits only.
