Called for windshield install for a 85 Montecarlo SS guy immediately says it has to be bought in has rust around edges of windshield all day job then the price doubles to almost $700 I'm a autobody guy and for the life of me didn't know what he was talking about then asks me would I consider selling it? He says the guy in the office will call Monday 🤣 Mon I had already got installed at my home for significantly less

If I hadn't called 6 places before Quality Auto Glass to no avail, it would be easy to underestimate how professional and responsive they are. My call was answered by a real, knowledgeable person, I was scheduled for the next day, my car was taken in immediately, I waited for a few minutes in a nice waiting room, and the windshield chip was fixed. Worst experience! Referred to QAG by my mechanic. Greg was rude from the initial phone call to the time I picked up my vehicle. I had to chase him for 3 weeks just to complete a diagnostic on my convertible. He was arrogant, unprofessional and unresponsive. Dhillon was the only decent, respectful and responsive person in the business that would follow up with me. Would not recommend. Service: Auto windshield leak repair

I was very impressed. They were able to obtain dealer glass and recalibrate my new 2021 pilot camera. Follow up and professionalism was excellent. In fact, they had to drive my car to recalibrate and I left them with no gas. They put $15 in the tank and would not take the money back from me when I picked up the car. That's service. I had a new windshield installed by two of the most friendly, informative Tech’s I could have hoped to have come to my house for the installation! And the Owner Ron is very straight forward in explaining what they do and why. In summary....the price I paid was more than $100 less than my previously replaced windshield I purchased from Safelite and I brought the car to them to save money. I will recommend Quality Auto Glass to anyone in my inner circle of friends and neighbors.
