I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! Call me biased, but I've worked two barista jobs and it is extremely stressful and anxiety-inducing work. So, treat your baristas (especially ones as great as Park Ridge Dunkin's!) with patience and kindness! Much love to this Dunkin crew <3

Do not come here! There’s this employee she’s slender, Hispanic woman with short hair is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. She verbally attacked me and made me feel unwanted in the store. I will no longer buy anything from that Dunkin.

Love the convenience and quality of the food. Having ice cream, ice cream cake, and doughnuts at your finger tips is a huge bonus. Only disappointment is the fact this location used to be 24 hours and now close at 10pm.

I stopped at Dunkin Donuts in Park Ridge tonight, Oct 21, 2021. I was the only customer. There were two employees behind the counter. Neither acknowledged my presence for over 4 minutes. A simple “hello” would have been welcome. One continued to sweep and the other was less than 3 feet away from me. Neither bothered to acknowledge that there was a customer. This is the second time this has happened and will be my last visit to Dunkin Donuts. I realize losing one customer is meaningless but I can’t help but wonder how many others have been completely ignored? A simple nod or hello was all that was required.

Go in so often that I don’t need to tell them my order anymore! Super friendly staff and are always glad to fill my reusable bottle with whatever I order. Also LOVE that they don’t charge for non dairy milk.

I'm here just about every day. Coffee is always fresh no matter the time of day. Typically I'm there between 9-11am but sometimes I'll swing through at night after 8pm. Every time the coffee is fresh and the service is quick and correct.

Today was just my first time visiting this location. Staff was courteous. My order was very particular and they got it all right. Given that other reviews state this is a busier location, the place seemed well staffed ( I think something like 4-6 people) for Thursday morning/afternoon. Of if they are a little busier it makes sense that the food would be fresher but I just got coffee One thing thats worth noticing, their medium iced coffee is the price usually charged for large everywhere else I've visited. But that was the only drawback I could think of ( my coffee came out 10 cents higher) which can add up over time.
