-Poor management -Rude / Angry owner -Not enough space -lumper fees -Selective payment options -Doesnt know how to process payments. Arrived at 8am for my schedualled appointment. Claims i didn't have an appointment, made me wait till 11am only to tell me he has no floor space and then made me wait till 12h30. Finally started getting unloaded at 1 and was done by 1h30. So 5½hours for a scheduled and confirmed appointment. Gave the express code for T-Check was enough Gave a physical T-Check wasnt written right Gave a different check that just had the express code and amoung and so he could fill it out and he still was saying it didnt go through. He was basically saying there was no money in the account and we should add some. He claims he contacted the other company and they paid to unload my truck. Checked at my end with t-check and it was clear as day that they cashed the check and all was good. So either he got two companies to pay the same bill some how or he just would rather keep up his attitude while puffing on his fat cigar making up lies blaming others instead of admitting his fault. Exsperience from A-Z was basically garbage they only person with a smile and good attitude was the guy who unloaded the trailer and gave me my papers. I will not be going back and dont suggest anyone does.

Tight beyond reason but the check in was cool and they took me nearly 2 hrs early. Hit the dock and was out within 35 min. Not bad but horrible to get into.

a little tight backing in when docks are full but got me in and out pretty quick. just back into any open dock and walk inside they ask you to wait inside while loading
