Paid the car off got the title and it was a salvage title smh these people and there cars are a pos!!! Never will be back here again. Go to pallies Auto they have reliable and up to date cars and if something wrong with it they fix it and they help ur credit.

So i admit i was a lil scared after reading the first couple reviews on this place but then i thought to myself these people who made the bad remarks are stupid as can be. Who in there right mind gos to a used car dealer and expects to be told ever prob the car had. Well everyone but.... Most are smart enough to put themselves in the dealers position. Every car that is being sold used has had an issue with someone owning it first because why else would they sell it? I also understand some people just want a newer car but thats an issue also. Why do they want a newer car if theres still runs good? Because they was smart enough to get rid of something thats on its way to prob because of miles getting up there. I suggest people know what your looking for dont just go after the first pretty face u see just like when your dating someone you cant judge a book by its cover. The dealer buys everything they believe they can make money on weather it was a bad buy for them or not they have to sell it reguardless or would not b in bizz for dumb people to complain about. I bought my 2006 from them 116000 miles on it. Its bin great so far. It had bad tires witch the dealer pointed out before i said anything. He also guaranteed me to pass inspection on an "as is" deal. This low intelligence having person discribes them as not kbowing what as is means im pretty sure the commenter does not know herself because "as is" is the dealer taking absolutely no rresponseability so for them to offer her anything at all for help is them in my opinion being pretty good. Bottom line is any dealer out there will hype up what they are selling so unless you are blind def dumb and ignorant then you should be able to find a good buy anywhere u go. I like this place will buy my next vehicle from them if i like what i see... And hear and feal and think... Yea beacause when a smart buyer goes to buy something they test drive and check completely like exhost pipe and oil and turns and breaking and acceleration and and and and... So go check out there cars people if u like what u see look into it. Also remember if you found a nice ass car for wayyyyy cheap tgere is a reason dummy lmao

Had a very bad experience, they have horrible selling tactics, vehicles are barely cleaned up on the outside and come with various malfunctions internally and almost *ALL* of their vehicles new and old pretty much have over 100,000 miles on it smh. They place in their paperwork that they sell a majority of their vehicles "As Is" with no warranty but have a horrible misrepresentation of what " As Is" consists of, you don't know what you are getting yourself into, and will end up driving home a "Lemonized Hunk of Junk" and then when you discover a malfunction within mins or days of signing your life away, once you inform them of the malfunction, they have the audacity to offer repairs that are not always free of charge so it's like they get triple the money from all consumers(down payments, monthly/weekly payments, plus repair money smh). Doing a business transaction with them will literally be like voluntarily placing money into a thief's pocket. I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Since January of 2017 I have gone thru 2 vehicles from them and both have the same malfunction, check engine lights are on due to bad spark plugs and coils, cylinders are misfiring, bad brakes, bad air conditioning, false repairs and diagnosis from non certified and non professional mechanics that they hire off the street, etc bottom line, both cars that they gave me were no good smh. The only good thing is that they are not credit based but trust me, you will end up getting screwed over in the long run. Think twice and conscientiously before investing(food for thought), they are not even worth 1 star smh

Save yourself a headache. Don't go here. Cars are junk. Customer service sucks. No wonder why they constantly have new people coming in to try and help salvage this business. Terrible. Unprofessional.

I don't think I've ever regretted anything as much as I regret buying the car I bought from these guys. I have gone back and forth between blaming myself for being too trusting and them for being scumbags who wanted to get a POS car off of their lot. They completely took advantage of me being a young woman who needed a car and lied straight to my face. I had them check the car while I was at the shop multiple times and they assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car. Now I have had the car for around 5 months and I have already had to replace the battery, buy four new tires, and replace a blown spark plug in the engine, not to mention the fact that I had to have the oil changed and have the car aligned days after purchasing despite me asking them to check the alignment multiple times saying they'd fix it. Now after having it for only 5 months I'm facing the decision of either replacing front and back struts and control arm or having to get a new car since it will likely not pass inspection and is unsafe to drive. Doing business with these crooked men WILL cost you.

Nice folks. The folks at D's are honest and will tell you exactly how it is. As long as you are upfront with them, they will do everything within their power to take care of you. I bought my Explorer there, and I will buy a car for my wife there as well. The vehicles are in decent condition, and they will take care of you.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Bought our daughter her first car and within 24hrs we noticed it wasn't shifting into gear on the highway. Took it to a mechanic who said the transmission was bad. Tried to return the vehicle, but they wouldn't accept. Asked for half the money to get transmission repaired, but they only agreed to $300 on a $2500 job. The car has been in the shop since having it for 1 day n has cost us nearly $3000 just to have it running safely for our daughter. I will never recommend this auto dealer.

Jeff and Brian are the best...bought 3 cars, each were for my fisrt time driver teens each time the cars were great, but the last car for my last teen something was wrong and they solve it my letting me trade for one of their personel driven cars, that was awesome..I appreciate D's auto I will alway recommend these guys!!!
