Went there around 9:30pm. Ordered the #3 extra crispy the person that took my order said they only had dark meat. I said it was fine but he rushed me to order. I went to drive thru and when i got to the window he shoved my bag to me and closed the window. I checked my food and I didn't get my biscuit they gave me 2 cookies instead. I will never go there again. The service there is unreal I will never go back there again.

The service was terrible..I got rushed to order my food, and I was the only one in line so the guy was very rude when there wasn't even anyone waiting,and I asked for Mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes and it was like a bother to him to do that when I'm the one paying for it .And there not very friendly at all there. It was a very Disappointing experience

Food? Top notch. One of my favorite fast food places to take out from. Classic chicken sandwitches are so good. But, i would like to appolige on my mothers behalf. We were in the drive through and she was talking a bit to give her order, the guy on the speaker (who seemed to be 18-20) let her know she was on a timer and my mother got mad and stsrted cursing at him and what not. Then my stepdad talked to the manager and got what ever he thought was nessesary. But i would like to appolige for how they acted because no one deserves to be treated like that expecially a kid who is probably on one of his first jobs and works in customer service. So , i deeply and senserely appolige for how they acted , you did not deserve that.

Food was good lady at counter not sure if she Was a manager or not wanted to change my Cookie for a biscuit 🍪 said couldn't do it ? This is the first time at a KFC that ever happened. She needs customer service skills!

The employees were nice. Since they moved in to a stand alone building the food has gotten a lot better. The food was fresh and cooked well.

Food was ok, drivethru had a trash attitude. 1 jerkoff at the window and another sitting down texting. Not bothering again, rather go get my order wrong at McDonald's

It is a Thursday at 7:30 pm. They did not have any chicken tenders. So my son ordered a number 1. It’s was suppose to come with 2 pieces of chicken and mashed potato’s. They gave him 2 pieces of chicken! For 11 dollars I would hope to get more. Will not be returning here ever! The customer service was horrible!! When we first tried to order rye tenders all the gentlemen said was “no tenders” just a horrible experience

It's October 2021 and I believe I am the first to review this KFC. This is a brand new location, looks like a new building. I ordered a bucket of dark meat - "to go". I was served almost immediately and employees were friendly. Chicken was, as expected, delicious. 5 stars! Thank You!
