I will only be using the self checkout. The cashier failed to scan my rewards correctly and basically cheated me out of money I was supposed to have saved on my order. The staff has been the biggest issue. They seem careless and uninterested in helping. This has been an on and off issue with this location since it first opened.

When I order online ,more than once when I got home everything I ordered wasn't in the bag. I guess I should have open the bag and checked before I left the store . But I thought the point of ordering this way was expediency. But more damming when I called store to let them know, someone answered the phone and hung up. I'm done

Their food pickup system is terrible. They allow people to touch over other people's sandwiches and food while waiting for theirs. It is unsanitary especially during these times.

Wawa is closed now due to staff and will be open again on 1/10/21. They need to update their hours on Google because they're not open 24 hours. They closed early on New Year's Eve and didn't open up again until 6am on New Year's Day.

Terrible service both times we’ve gone. The first time we ordered a sandwich and a kids meal. Both were made wrong. That was the first week they opened, though, so we gave them another chance tonight. Husband placed an order for 4 drinks at the kiosk at 9:47pm. He is still waiting for the drinks and it’s now 10:30pm. Right before 10:00, the person working at the beverage station left her shift, but the next person hadn’t yet started. So the line just continued to build. At one point my husband and others in line complained and the response they got from the worker was, “My bad.” Not even “I’m sorry.” We won’t be going back to this Wawa anytime soon. Total bummer since we love Wawa.
