What a rip-off. I went in for an estimate for a small scratch on my car door. Because I am a woman he thought I was stupid. He gave me an estimate of almost $600. That's insane. I went to another place and they did it in 1 day for $250, and they washed and waxed the whole car. It looks perfect. I'm so sick and tired of bc we are women, men in these jobs think they can extort more money from women. Shame on you.

Left my vehicle for 4 days for a scratch and dent repair. My car was returned in filthy condition. Front windshield and body are coated with an overspray film that won’t clean off. Several errant white paint sprays are on the rear fin of my Camaro. I would not return business. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not happy with job done. Overspray on frame, wheel wells etc. Two runs in paint on body, not sanded well as far as scratches seen thru paint. Ryan the appraiser ,felt the truck was old and why all the work. The job was over -priced for the quality of work. Will not be back! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The person worked on my car did a horrible sloppy job on the fender. There was paint sprays all over the car, didn't put the fender protection back on the fender. There was so much dust inside the car from sanding and didn't even clean inside the car. Left few scratches on left side of the car. I had dropped off the car on Monday and picked up the car on Friday. Mari Read called me told me she scanned the car and it's ready to be picked up. I don't know what she scanned but it wasn't ready. They needed to buff the car to get rid of the paint sprays and put the fender protection back on the fender. She asked me if I can drop off the car on Monday just for an hour so we dropped it off 8 in the morning on Monday. I called at 3:30 pm left a message since she never called me after an hour and I got a call back at 4:30 pm to pick up the car. Horrible experience all together. She's a stuck-up person. This place is not like the way it used to be. I had few of my cars painted here long time ago that's why I went back but never again very unprofessional. They've been pretty busy because of the coronavirus. I guess that's why they don't care about their customers anymore. Coronavirus changed everything. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was very pleased with my experience at MAACO. Mari coordinated booking my rental car and communication with my insurance company perfectly while my car was under repair. She was very pleasant and proficient with keeping me apprised of the progres and informing me how to properly care for my vehicle until the paint cures.
