I have had the unfortunate experience of poor quality workmanship and attention to detail while dealing with Elite Body Works. I am three deer and a tree limb into body shops and my insurance company, so I went to them with every concern I had encountered with previous body shops. They said they would fix my current damage and revisit prior claims to correct what needed to be repaired. I also stated to them that my last repair went over the 30 day rental allowance, so I wanted to be sure we could complete everything they told me that could do, in the allotted time. I was reassured that I would be taken care of.. So 42 days after Elite gets my vehicle, a week of me footing the rental car bill, and battling with the insurance company for all of the necessary repairs to be made, I get my vehicle back with a rattle in the driver's door (old door handle connecting rod), swirl marks from buffing where blending was not accomplished, the whole driver's side pin stripe is missing, the deer punctured the driver front tire on impact but no alignment was done. I went to them with all of my fears and worries and made it perfectly clear to multiple people, including the manager. I feel let down as I don't think that I could have made it any more obvious to them.. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Will is the only person I'll let touch my bikes (I build my own bikes) so when he recommends someone I trust and listen. I'm glad I did! I found a beautiful harley color (white gold pearl) on a random fender at Nick's custom cycles and l was able to get the paint code. So these guys had a dented up tank, some bare metal fenders, and a random paint code... today I picked up my tins and WOW! they nailed the color and effect of the tricoat that's a white base with a gold pear seen in the light on angles. I'm very picky about how my stuff looks and they far surpassed my expectations. Thanks again Jim I will be recommending everyone I know to you guys!

I am a repeat customer with absolutely no complaints! I was rear ended by someone and took my van to Elite. They made the process as painless as possible, helped me get a rental, got my van back to me quick and did a beautiful job fixing it and painting it. I also had a windshield issue with my truck. I thought the glass just needed to be replaced. Turns out there was a ton of rust underneath. They showed me everything and did an amazing job fixing it the RIGHT way!
