I have had the unfortunate experience of poor quality workmanship and attention to detail while dealing with Elite Body Works. I am three deer and a tree limb into body shops and my insurance company, so I went to them with every concern I had encountered with previous body shops. They said they would fix my current damage and revisit prior claims to correct what needed to be repaired. I also stated to them that my last repair went over the 30 day rental allowance, so I wanted to be sure we could complete everything they told me that could do, in the allotted time. I was reassured that I would be taken care of..
So 42 days after Elite gets my vehicle, a week of me footing the rental car bill, and battling with the insurance company for all of the necessary repairs to be made, I get my vehicle back with a rattle in the driver's door (old door handle connecting rod), swirl marks from buffing where blending was not accomplished, the whole driver's side pin stripe is missing, the deer punctured the driver front tire on impact but no alignment was done.
I went to them with all of my fears and worries and made it perfectly clear to multiple people, including the manager. I feel let down as I don't think that I could have made it any more obvious to them.. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Christopher
