Such a clean and nice edible arrangements. The manager Victoria was very helpful and kind, as well as very patient with all of my questions. Would come back again as I love gifting edible arrangements to my friends and family :)

I called Edible Arrangements in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey to buy a gift for Mother's Day. The person who took my order was professional and courteous. My Mom loved the gift. There was one minor oops in which they didn't include the balloons which came with the order. They definitely fixed the oops the following day. Definitely made up for it! No worries! I will definitely use them again for Father's Day! Thank You Edible Arrangements Staff! Keep doing a Great Job! 😁 👍

Don’t order. Go to someone local who actually makes these with fresh fruit. I got them Wednesday and by Friday they had mold. I go to the grocery store and fruit last me Atleast a week. They didn’t want to even partially refund me. They lost a customer.

At this point I think this location is okay with upset customers and stealing their money. I left a review on Valentine’s day and was told to send an email. I emailed it over a month ago and still no response. Not only did this location ruin my Valentine’s day, they won’t give back my money WHICH THEY SAID THEY WOULD and the people who respond to these reviews will simply say “aww sorry send an email” instead of figuring out how to get me my refund. I will let everyone know that this location is the worst and don’t order from them because you will not get your refund as promised. Update: STILL NOT REFUNDED, no store credit or anything. Not only did they steal our money but they won’t respond or make it right. Its sick. I’m disappointed.

It’s Valentine’s Day and I was expecting a gift to my job. I waited outside my job for over an hour after getting off. I’ve now left work and not gotten my Valentine’s Day present. I am very disappointed and this truly ruined my day. Update: it is May and still no response, no refund, nothing. The people here are extremely unprofessional and it is sad they can steal peoples money not knowing if it’s someone’s last.

It seems that the company's policy is to make full use of the day to deliver residential orders, as it is critical to prioritize workplace orders (before the intended recipients leave for the day). That said, Anna at the Pompton Lakes location went above and beyond to honor my special request to deliver a fruit basket by 4PM to my friend's residence. And I understand the basket looked as good as it tasted. Bravo

So I ordered my wife an arraignment for her bday the day before which they were to deliver to Oakland a town away. My wife leaves her office at 1pm and the office is closed on the weekend. I called the store a few times and was told the driver was dropping off deliveries that was booked months ago which is no care to me being my wife job is a town away and should have been dropped off 1st. It’s her birthday and I’m very upset. If you order from this location I’m guessing they want you to order months in advance. Never again will I order from this location.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. I rarely leave a review but I am really upset over an order I just placed. I have ordered from edible arrangements for years and everything was always amazing. The store I ordered from closed and I ordered from a different store which was a HUGE mistake. I ordered a box of chocolate covered fruit of which half was rotten. I called to see what if anything could be done. The person I spoke to was not pleasant at all and offered no help. Needless to say I’m totally disappointed. I will never order from edible arrangements again.
