Bought a Dewalt compressor here, a few weeks after I purchased it I noticed it was defective, welded together crooked. Called Tractor Supply to let them know it appears I bought a second from them. Manager Randall said in a nutshell, sorry pal nothing I can do to help you... I have to say, I expected a little more customer service from them. But because of my experience with Randall, who also said he was too busy to look up my recipt, I will not be shopping at this location anymore. It sad the manager was so cold and unhelpful because almost everyone else in that store is super friendly and very helpful. Be careful if you decide to shop here it appears they sell defective and flawed merchandise. PS. So customer service seen this review and asked me to call them to give them more information. So I did and spoke to a person named Kimisha who basically said I'm so sorry there's nothing we can do for you. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they're all kind of busy now. So much for Tractor Supply customer service. So I asked why I can't get someone to address the issue of tractor supply selling blemished, second merchandise for full price?! I was hung up on and never called back. I went to home depot to look at another compressor, same model and it was all in order, no blemishes. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU SHOP TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!!

Was looking for item stocked and a employee was unaware it was there. Walked to the front cashier after being told someone in front will help. Cashier suggested asking outside realizing the storage outside is were it might be. No problem. Been an employee at places not always informing others where a item might be because it not their department. Outside people were extremely helpful and allowed me to personally look at their storage for ease of identifying the item specific. They assured me they had different kinds once I was in storage and reiterated multiple cheaper with lack of explanation from myself why I wanted a specific limit for the item. The as well where helpful with reminders of easiest loading of the item as well. This place is helpful when I am there. I not expect employees to know details with the items they offer with variety of substitutes because of the potential questions customers might ask.
