Have been going to Riverdale for 4 years and Natalia always cuts my hair. I only trust her to cut my hair. Natalia does a great job and the sweetest girl.

So I usually come here and when I do i ask for darleen. She is usually friendly and nice but today she was rude you can hear it in her voice. I came with my MIL and the lady that helped her was nice and the other lady Michelle was friendly to. I wish I waited for one of them. Service: Haircut

I went in for a trim on shoulder length straight hair. I came home and I had to cut 3 chunks of hair that were 2" longer then the rest. Today I went to work and a coworker asked what happened to my hair because the left is longer that the right. Usually they are fine for a quick trim but I am done. Service: Haircut

5 STARS ! 5 STARS ! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Attitude and Unprofessionalism ! Comments like “ don’t come to get a haircut with gel on your hair. How about a frequent customer asking for a mask and being told to save the mask for your Next Visit. Whaaaat ! Save a disposable Mask 😷 for your next visit. Looks like a violation of health code if u ask me! It’s a shame because I live close by but I’ll never go again. Service: Hairstyling

If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would! The staff was rude and not nice. As I was getting my haircut, a women came into the salon and said that Jen cut her hair uneven. The manager gave a snippy response. Just my luck, Jen was cutting my hair as well. When Jen finished with me, my hair was also uneven. I had 2 professionals look at my hair after leaving this place and they both said Jen did a horrible job. Also, I just got my ears pierced so my mom kindly told her to be careful around my ears. Jen just glared at my mom and didn’t acknowledge her. Unprofessional and rude!!! Don’t waste your time OR money! Service: Haircut

Inexpensive. Friendly and attentive stylists - if you ask for a trim they won't chop a foot off your hair. My hair is extremely long (past my butt) for some reason everyone wants to cut it off and give me a makeover. Here if you ask them to only take off 2 inches that's all they take and no argument. Wash, cut, and blow dry for less than $40! And I'm a generous tipper. Will definitely go there again next year for my annual trim.

The worst salon ever!!! Jen was extremely rude and fresh! She was so unprofessional. She cut both my daughter's hair and it was so bad, uneven and chopped. They had to go to a professional salon to get it fixed and they too were horrified of how bad the cuts were!!! If I could give this salon a zero I would. Do not waste your time and save yourself from a bad hair cut!!!! Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
