Have had a horrible experience working with this company. My wife ordered one item online for my daughter's school uniform in the middle of July and we have still not received the item a month later. When the order was put in they quoted 5-7 business days. We have called the store over 5 times now, spoke with multiple representatives, and have received no resolution. My daughter starts school next week and we are scrambling to try and find an alternative option, as we have purchased some slightly different items from local stores, hoping she doesnt get in trouble for a uniform violation. Extremely disappointed in the situation.

Very popular uniform store. It took me about 3 weeks to get the uniform items that were out of stock. The employees were very helpful and it is easy to find most of what you need.

Excellent customer service. Didn't have any pants that were needed for school. Had some embroidered for me and ready next day. Even called me to remind me to pick up. Which turned out helpful since I forgot.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.They know all of the uniform requirements for your school .Also,if you forget your child's size from last time,they have a record of all items and sizes that your child has previously gotten at their store. No worries if you just stop by without your student to pick things up.They have your sizes covered and they also have all the pieces to the uniform in stock and ready to go! Shopping for school here is easy and pleasant.

Of all the things that stood out to me it was the lack of floor staff and excellent customer service. Register line was slow moving and workers were visibly annoyed. There wasn’t a professional disposition. I did find one nice gentlemen on the floor- he was the best thing about that place, but he was being bombarded by customers! I felt bad for him. Be prepared to spend a good amount. There’s no bargain deals here buying uniforms. Honestly I’m not sure if it’s cheaper than Flynn O’Hara but RCS uniforms are only here so by cornering the market they have the advantage. I actually couldn’t believe I was paying so much for a gym uniform that bought without the logo would be $4 for a cotton t shirt! They have to be making a 150% profit.
