This must be the nicest UPS store I’ve been to. The employees are all so nice and accommodating.

Never had any problem in the many times I've gone there to drop something off, whether an Amazon return or sending a packge to family.

I was waiting on line , and overheard a customer in front of me thought the girl was taking packages . and her Response NO YOU WILL have to be patient , very NASTY, the customer that the young man was helping , stepped in and said Don't talk to him like that , we get it . if that's the case get in here before 9 so you can be ready. The line was out the door. The young man was taking care of customers fast and courteous. The woman is always not happy. When it was my turn she was still trying to get the PC up with a breakfast bar hanging in her mouth .

Always find the service to be fast and efficient when dropping off Amazon returns. Have used their printing, scanning, and photo services and would definitely do so, again, for the convenience.

Horrible service by the owner who claims that 87lbs is over the weight limit when the UPS site clearly states it is 150lbs. His pure laziness and unwillingness to listen when being told that UPS delivered my Amazon package and Amazon stated that they would be able to ship my return. Never use this store, as an associate was willing to help but A-hole owner would not.

I could understand them not wanting to help you with taping your box even if it is only a few inches. After all they are trying to sell you their overpriced tape. But lying to you? I cannot forgive. Take your business elsewhere. If you must use this place, then don't rely on these jokers. Double check everything and always ask for a receipt.

Kudos to the young employees that work here. I’ve read all the negative reviews and I’m just grateful when I go to this location I haven’t dealt with any poor attitudes or lazy people. This morning I came in for photo copies and I need to pay attention to name tags so I can give a shout out by name. The bad reviews motivated this 5 star review because I have NEVER had a problem at this location even when shipping out or returning packages everyone had been patient and pleasant

Just came from this location to return a package for a friend. When I told the man behind the counter I have a package to return to sender, he was very rude. Friend had made an honest mistake with the return label and he was very rude and condescending to me in front of the other customers that were there while describing what the problem was. Treated me with disrespect like I was stupid and that I didn't understand anything about how packages work. I recommend finding another place even if it means an extra 5-10 minute drive. Customer service at this location is non-existent and very rude.

They’re fine. I use them to return Amazon packages, mainly, and they are quick and pleasant enough. I don’t expect them to greet me with fireworks and roses.

The woman told me that they were not accepting anymore large boxes because they were filled to capacity (in a rather rude manner). #1 I understand that they had a lot of packages there, but they definitely have had more at other times and could have fit more at this time. #2 My package was not large by any stretch of the imagination. Each side was the size of an open (woman's) hand. This latinx woman was so nasty. She just told me to go to clifton. I expressed to her that it would be difficult to go there because of my physical disability and a lot of physical pain. She just said I can't take this package and walked off. Again, it wasn't large at all. God forbid she is ever in a situation like that in her life. Good luck to her. I'm happy I realized staples UPS is right down the road and did not have to go all the way to clifton to potentially be rejected again to drop off my package. Its not like this was a return for amazon or something. This was me selling my own items online in order to make money to survive. Horrible experience with that woman!
