This is OK place if you need something simple, however their reular staff rotation makes practically impossible any complicated transactions like international wire transfers. The only reason I give them 3 stars rather then 2 is that their ATM dispenses in $50 bills

The staff at this Bank of America location is the reason I switched from TD Bank to BoA. The staff here was remarkable, treated my grandfather with profound respect. Especially in troubled times following the death of a loved one, the manager worked with my grandfather for hours to file the paperwork and get his assets in order. They also stayed after hours to help me set up an account before I left the country. Best service I’ve experienced in a bank, keep it up guys!

i was turned away because my state ID had my first name abbreviated but my debit card had my full name. i even showed 2 extra ID's and was turned away...
