Ms. NABILA was very informed, very thorough and friendly. The experience was very pleasant in the branch. Tellers are also very quick and accurately complete without wasting any time. All in all the branch is busy but very pleasant.

I wouldn't give them any stars at all but I guess I have to. I interviewed with Embra and Nabila the branch manager for a position and they did not have the common decency to even send an automated email message that I am no longer being considered. Thankfully I received a better paying job offer. Bank of America only starts with a rate in the low $20 per hour and judging from the reviews; I am lucky.

Worst bof ever. They would close the branch in the middle of the day for no reason. And they would have one employee standing at the door and tell you to use drive thru instead of doing her actual job. When you tell wm that you need to do wire transfer or something, they would tell you to go somewhere else. People dont have time for your laziness. I would reccomed you guys to get better but seems like you are the worst rated branch in NJ so i don’t believe you gonna get any better. I really wanna see that management changes tho.

This is the worst bank., I go their for my job and do not understand why they ask for your DL when you have a cash deposit., Then they lost my DL and did not have care in world. The Manger and the Associate acting like they did not have a care in world. They Bank Teller that took my deposit said he put my DL on top of the envelope remind you it was not their. The whole team their is unprofessional and heartless. This bank need be shut down and some employee need to be let go. And know thanks to them losing my DL I have take a day off work got DVM when i can get appalments to get a new one. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN.

I understand we are by a pandemic and limited customers are allowed in the banking hall... this is when you get your drive thru working fast... the drive thru line was up to the street which was dangerous so I decided to rather stand outside in the cold for over 30mins

Very terrible service, this bank needs a new manager. I had to wait outside to make a deposit and on top of that I had to wait for half an hour! This bank needs more bilingual tellers, you guys should be like the Bank of America in Livingston 👎🏼

This is one of the slowest banks I have ever been to in my life. They have 1 person working both inside customers and drive thru leading to long lines and significant waste of time

Literally here right now. Second time coming here and this place is literally ALWAYS dirty. The carpets are super dirty, and the glass is filled with fingerprints and dirt. I will post pics. The service is slow and they have this weird line queue thing? I cant even tell who next or not. I guess you have to just hope everyone is honest in taking their turn. Not a very pleasant experience and the build up of the office sucks i can literally hear everyones financial business, im seated next to the entrance lol. I think they had my pics removed

Told hold time 1hr and 54minutes to speak with representative, i can hold or request callback or come into branch to discuss my account. Yet you are always hearing your call is very important to us. THEN HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!!. some questions cannot be addressed via automation. You are among many these days that are not Customer service friendly to put it nicely. Nothing special here!!!!. I called branch spoke to someone who referred me to 800# because they no longer talk about accounts over phone have to refer to 800# or come in to branch. How important or helpful is this? One star is too kind to this bank.

When I 1st opened the account inside they were fantastic. But NEVER- NEVER do drive through teller. Every time I come I see SLOOOW long lines and now I know why. 3 Different tellers handled a check cash and deposit which took 30 minutes of sitting in my car. They kept walking away and disappearing everytime I sent the vessel back. 30 minutes to deposit check smfh!!
