If i could give 0 stars, i would. Awful customer service. I dread going to this branch and after my recent experience, i will not go back. The employees are rude and have attitude, especially Ms/Mrs Lurdes. Do not recommend going to this branch unless you want to deal with rude workers who give attitude, walk away in the middle of a conversation & don't care to help.

I have been a BOA customer for years. This bank branch is horrible. They are rude , slow and incompetent. You walk in and tell you to use your online mobile application. The staff here is not professional and I’d strongly suggest having your personal and business accounts elsewhere.

People are always nice here. However, I don't understand how one of the largest banks on the planet can't adhere to the hours they post or provide notifications when they close out of normal hours. Covid isn't an excuse for not communicating availability of branch hours and misrepresenting them on the website.

It's 6/23. Stores, personal services are all open now. Why is this branch still closed? Very inconvenient to have to go to Somerville which is also very crowded. Can't get though to a real person to even find out when they're opening.

When I walked in the woman who was I'm assuming is either the greeter or the manager I'm not sure,gave me the most disgusted lookwhen I told them I wanted to close my account she didn't wait for me to finish that I was combing my account with my wife she just tossed me aside didn't say goodbye when I left . When I went to the woman to close my account she was super helpful and nice and completely changed my experience if it wasn't for the fact that I work in the area and the next bank is twenty mins away I would not go here at all

Customer service is non-existent at this location, from tellers to management. I have been a B of A customer for over 25 years. Why do they have to act so annoyed when I come into the bank, requesting their services? It should be the opposite, the staff should make a customer feel welcomed, not acting like they are doing me a favor, because I should have been using the ATM machine instead. I pay their salary, as a customer. I wish someone would do something about the lack of customer satisfaction at this location!! Enough is enough.

Horrible customer service. I had a lot of deposits and the teller was extremely annoyed. Am I supposed to feel bad for depositing so much money into your financial institution?! This is an ongoing theme with BoA's from the brick and mortar's. I came 20 min before closing (of 4pm) which is a little close but it's your job. Either close later to make it more convenient for customers to come OR hire more staff. They had one teller for both drive thru and the front. I'm now considering changing all of our businesses and personal accounts. There are half a dozen banks in this area, you can afford to do better. Tellers are basically the face of the company and its just one bad experience from another.
