I went to the store to drop off some UPS packages. The staff was very friendly and efficient. There were a few people in the line ahead of me and the staff moved quickly to keep the line moving.

This UPS store has come long way in terms of customer experience! Peter and his staff are professional, extremely courteous and most importantly pleasant and fun to work with. They have gone above and beyond on many occasions to make sure that the customer needs are addressed in the most satisfactory way possible and I am speaking from my personal experience. (I visit the store for more than 3 times / week for my small business needs) I understand and relate to all the negative reviews here about this store but this was all before new management under Peter and his friendly crew took over a few months back. Now the store has nothing but good vibes and great hospitality! Keep up the good work.. Cheers!

This store is under new ownership and it shows! Went in to return a book to Amazon, anticipating purchasing tape and a box to put it in. To my surprise, the owner ran to the back to find me a used box and taped it up for me. I will definitely be back! If you haven’t been here in a while, put it back on the list of UPS stores to use.

New management is very good, I love their service. It’s a big difference. I had stopped visiting this location like others, because of poor service. Even if I needed any small help with sealing my package, it would not be available with prior management apart from the unreliable store hours. Will start using again for my shipping and return needs.

These reviews are no joke. I went to this location to try printing a single page of black & white, the self service printer was messed up and homeboy wanted to charge me $4 for ONE PAGE of b&w text (it was a shipping label). Like ordinarily this wouldn't be a big deal but I was tight on money this week. I went to the FedEx Print and Ship center just a short drive away and, not only would it have cost just 35¢ to print two copies, the nice lady there helped me print and gave me the copies for free after sharing my story from here! And then I ended up shipping what I needed to ship at the UPS store in Princeton, worth the extra drive. No hard feelings, but y'all really need to come up with some new strategies in a field where people have so many options to give their business. Happy holidays, I won't be coming back.

This is an update of my previous review. This store seem totally different now ( in a positive way) Went in to drop off a return package but forgot to tap seal the bag and print the return slip ( was in a hurry leaving home) the gentlemen there was supper helpful, despite how busy it was there and the barcode I had wasn't working after several attempt, he took the time to help me print out the slip and packed the package for me. The gentlemen there was genuinely there to help every customer solve problems and get their packages delivered. Very pleased to see the changes of this place. keep up the good work, and thank you for all you do. Service was awful and very slow. especially during holiday season, they don’t seem to handle large volume or stress well . the lady behind the counter bossed around the gentleman that was working there with her ( seems like she might be the manager or something) the lady has very bad attitude too. I said “ thank you for your help , have a good day” and I hear nothing back. PS : the store smelled like curry,

The people at the store need help with their attitude while companies are spending billions to retain customers, UPS or this store wants to fleece them by marking up a tape by 400%. Either the store rents are too high or their margins are so thin that they want to fleece you for inexpensive things... May god guide their steps. Will try avoid going back. The local DMV office is more hospitable and courteous then this place. Ended up spending 8.5 dollars for half inch of tape which they could not lend.

Understaffed and unpredictable on opening and closing times. While it may appear online that it’s open, it often happens that the owner just decides to close the store for personal convenience. They never adhere to any “opening hours” guidelines and leave customers making useless and repeated visits to the store with no service available!
