The prices that are tagged in front of merchandise is not what they charge at the register. I was told they haven't changed the labels on the shelves. The don't honor the price he said don't like it don't buy it

I can’t start to thank Luz for her assistance with a purchase. I went in not having a clue how to go about changing a part. She took the time to explain how to go about purchasing what i need for this project. Mind you the store was terribly busy and she was answering calls and helping another gentleman. In all the years of making purchases at AUTOZONE have I ever come across anyone as helpful not even mentioning the professionalism that she showed. I was out running errands on a rainy day in Westwood, NJ when my windshield wiper decided to be done and was hanging on by a string. Thankfully this store was nearby. One of the associates, Alex, greeted me right away and immediately helped me sort out what size blades I needed. He gave me several options, explaining the differences. I asked him if this was the sort of thing I could replace myself and he said that he would do it for me. After we were done at the register, he walked me out to my car and proceeded to show me how to remove and install the wiper blades--in the rain no less. What would have taken ages for me to figure out, took only a few minutes. A big THANK YOU to Alex for his excellent customer service. He really made my day!

I'm extremely grateful for AutoZone in Westwood! On Easter Sunday my wife picked up a nail in one of her tires. On Easter Sunday I called and AutoZone in Westwood was open. Two wonderful, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable guys showed me and explained to me the tire repair kit that I needed. In addition they explained exactly the process that I needed to do to repair the tire. It worked perfectly! I'll start by saying that I've always had a good experience with the staff themselves. They help to the best of their ability. However, it seems every time I go into this store, I leave empty handed because they never have the parts I need that say they are IN STOCK on their website for this location. Very frustrating. If you need a battery, wipers, oil, or light bulbs then you might be in luck, but any specific parts that would be stocked by any other parts store are nowhere to be found. Always leaving here with a "sorry we don't have it".

Since winter is here my car battery died. So i made a quick stop at the westwood auto zone... The sales guy Angel helped me change my battery real quick and efficient. Great service.
