TD bank 1470 Clements Bridge Road is not the “most convenient bank” . Every time I go there the store is closed with a sign saying only the drive through is available. Other days the drive through only has one person working. This branch really needs to get their act together.

Have to thank Dil for his customer service! I was having some issues getting a refund for a cancelled show that was sent to an old debit card. For months no one knew where the refund was and I was back and forth between the bank and the venue trying to sort it out. Dil got to the bottom of it and within 3 days I had my refund! Thanks again Dil!

I’ve never waited long weather it was inside or outside, I usually do outside banking.The men & ladies back there are so friendly, nice and professional.I can be a big pain in the you know what and whoever’s behind the glass is so easy going and if they forget one thing they are so apologetic and will have it for me in a couple minutes. I want to do 0 stars. There were only 2 people in there helping customers, however I was watching 3 other employees keep peaking out the back. I stood there for a good 20 minutes before I got fed up and left. I wanted to open a credit card. I wouldn’t have gotten irritated so easily if I couldn’t see the girls standing around doing nothing and keep looking out seeing the customers waiting but not wanting to help. If I hadn’t seen that I would have probably kept waiting to b helped. I will never return to this location.

Was given a counterfeit $100 bill by this branch and went to deposit it at Wells Fargo, where it was taken and I had to fill out & sign a counterfeit note report. I went back to this branch, where the manager (Amber) was "in the vault" and I was told I could not wait for her to come out. I just received a call saying the bill may have been counterfeit but I cannot prove it came from this branch. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

I love this bank. I’ve had TD bank for over 5 years and I always run into the most competent professional staff. At this particular location, me and my mother were helped by VP store manager Erika Hudson. Not only did she help with what we came for, but she provided us with exceptional customer service and care. Sometimes, when you’re dealing with people in higher positions, you may feel rushed but Erika took her time and provided us with an amazing experience. Thank you TD!

I am so happy am switching bank this bank has cost me so much money because of all their hidden fees and has frozen debt card multiple times for the stupidest things. They are not convenient and the only way they are human is because you are constantly on the phone with them and in the bank once a month because they mess things up that often. Please avoid using this bank unless you have money to spread.
