My father brought his truck here for new upper and lower control arms on the passenger side. They did not align the truck and claimed the suspension needed to "settle" before they could align it two weeks later. The steering wheel is a full 1\4 turn off from center. The cv shaft outer boot was punctured during the control arm replacement and when this issue was brought to John the Manager, he states they are not liable for "old used parts that break during service". The boot was getting old and starting to Crack but was NOT punctured, and now it is. It's very obvious it was damaged during the repairs, and was completely avoidable damage. You can see the fresh grease slung all about in the photo.

I give this place one star because of what happened to me with the auto care center. I had an appointment for a vehicle alignment with them. I showed up at the scheduled time and waiting in the little side office for about 10 min before anyone came to ask me if I needed help. When someone finally did come see me, they told me that I would have to come back in about an hour or so, because they had to take in an “emergency alignment” from a body shop. I went to this place because of the good reviews, and maybe I was just the one in 100 that got unlucky, who knows? I ended up going to another local place with good reviews that same day because they could fit me in in a reasonable amount of time. I’m not sure what an “emergency alignment” is, but I assume it just means someone was willing to pay more, so my appointment meant nothing to them, even though I definitely had a lot of other time sensitive things going on that day that this threw a wrench into. Like I said before, maybe I was just the isolated case, and they are actually awesome 99% of the time, but I figured I’d share my experience.

This place is amazing. Not only do they have great hardware, grilling and automotive sections, but customer service couldn’t be better. I went on a Friday morning because I was having issues with my new van’s license plate bolts, and Jerry(?) did everything he could to help and when they didn’t have exactly what I needed, he told me the exact best solution/what to buy where I can find it. Customer service when he didn’t expect to make any money, you can’t ask for better than that. Of course I found a reason to buy some grilling products anyway.

Extremely friendly! My tire blew next to their shop and I had a truck bed full of groceries. They were able to find me a tire that would fit and got me back on the road under 10minutes. When their mehcanic had a full line of work orders he still fit me in🙏💜👍
