The manager was irate, rude and dismissive. I asked a question about refunds and he proceeded to scold me in a loud voice in front of the whole store, which was uncalled for. It made me angry. I've never been treated like that in this area. Albertsons, Walgreens etc. My whole life. I'll just drive the extra miles to the next location. I .

Gah its just awful, the staff obviously hates customers...this poor lady was looking for something they advertised and she asked one of the workers for help and they were so rude to her I couldn't believe it. I think this place is hell to work for, so I guess I can't blame the staff for acting like they hate everything but it's really getting worse every time I go in there.

Went in to get the dollar M&M eggs for Easter. What a mess. The Easter aisle was so thrashed. I was ready to walk out but decided to start moving things around and finally found the M&M Easter eggs and the starburst eggs that I had wanted. It's really too bad the South Valley really deserves a lot better.

This store is absolutely disgusting. It looks like a scene from Hoarders! I live really close to this location. But I will gladly drive further than to ever stop in that filth again...Get your shots before entering.

It was good however the store was very messy nobody was putting out the new load but there is boxes everywhere and the cashier don't know much of the items that he sells their hair looked a little too much confused sorry

This family Dollar ALWAYS closes 30 min early! I get out of work at 9:15pm and It takes me 12 to 15 minutes tops to get there and every time I go the clothes rack is out side while the door is locked! When I go to pull the door rail the lady is counting the cash register till by the window on the inside... easy access to letting us know they're closed!!!! Two weeks ago I got there at 9: 24 p.m. And guess what????!!! !CLOSED! You are false advertising and you should be sued!!!!

Everytime I go it's a bit messy with that said they usually have plenty on clearance. Wide variety of of home decor. Normally when I go I only see 1 employee. Other than that it's an okay store

Never went into this Family Dollar it was the worst experience of my life I will never go over there they have nothing in stock they have very rude customer service their manager was very rude cashier she was nice that was the only good experience I had but the rest of the experience they were very rude disorganized confused and I wouldn't let nobody go back over there
