The lady at the front desk was very rude and lacked Customers service skill. I walked in with my son at 10:15 am and she was on the phone. I waited, no problem. She hung up. Never once made eye contact and said did you call ahead? Which I did not. My fault on that. First time boy mom, second hair cut for him ever. She gave the loudest sigh that made the other stylist turn around. Then she said well, I can’t help you. She then says hour wait. Maybe. Then walks away. I don’t understand how some workers can be so mean. I never once was mean or rude or disrespectful at all. To say the least I won’t be back to that particularly establishment. I realize she does not represent all the stylists and employees that work there and I’m sure there are some great ones. Hopefully others have better luck there. Didn’t catch her name but was an older lady with gray hair up and pulled back.

I checked in my haircut For 3:20 pm When i got there was 3:10 pm the lady in the lobby i think her name Liz She said that she was calling me cause the web page overload the PC system n she cant do anything with my appointment just move it to 5:40pm which would be last appointment.. then i said no it's fine i come back tomorrow but i stayed there in the lobby cause she said that she got another person for 3:20pm n 3:40pm. Which was false because I stayed there until 3:55pm n nobody showed up. I just saw the lady go to back of the building n never came back if they don't have enough personnel keep the check in web page off ..... I know that the stylist are saying there the best of the best so they don't care about leaving the customers unsatisfied, believe me the way you are doing it, It's gonna end up in unemployment for all the "best of the best"

Scheduled an appointment for 12:40 pm with Norma, arrived at 12:46 pm. Was turned away due to being late even though when we scheduled the appointment we were told there would be a wait, Norma was still working on a previous appointment. Was then told they could not get us in until 2:40 pm. Ridiculous/horrible management, used to be a nice/quick place to go. Worst customer service we have ever experienced. Do not waste your time waiting around for an appointment.

I had to wait almost two hours to get a haircut, so I walked around the shopping center and browsed in some other stores. It's probably best to use the app to check in before showing up unless you have some time to kill. Also, this place doesn't open until 10am (according to Google) so forget putting an early morning haircut at the beginning of your errands for the day. Haircuts (without a wash) cost $20 now. Liz cut my hair and did a good job. She even shaped my cut to correct what the last stylist (in a different state) did to it. I don't have square hair anymore. Thanks, Liz!

Friendly stylists. No longer really feasible to walk in as the wait is always 2 or more hours. Really need to book ahead on the app or call in. Hours online and in app are incorrect.mentioned to staff during my last visit and they are aware, but said they can't get the corporate office to update it correctly.

Terrible haircut. Don’t let Liz anywhere near your hair. She charged me over 23 for a senior haircut and style. My hair was cut in evenly. I would go back and complain but she didn’t give me my receipt. If I could give less than one star I would.

Terrible, took elderly mother for a cut was turned away and told to make an appointment. Called next day to make an appointment for next day and told they don't do appointments days in advance. I told them elderly people need time to get ready and can't just spontaneously pop in whenever they want and need appointments. Was treated rudely and the manager basically accused me of lying. Never come here they have terrible attitudes. Don't trust them near your hair with scissors. Cold and unfriendly service. Worst experience I ever had, and I'm old enough to not want to declare my age publically, if you know what I mean. Service: Haircut

My experience here was less than pleasant. The woman who cut my hair seemed rushed and not in a good mood and therefore didn’t do a great job cutting my hair. Normally I’d say, “well it was a $16 haircut and you get what you pay for,” but I’ve had plenty of $16 haircuts before and they’ve all turned out pretty good and I’ve had a good experience. I went on a Sunday and they were pretty booked up that day so I had to call well ahead of time to be seen later than afternoon, which is understandable. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who cut my hair but she seemed overworked and not interested in doing a good job in making the client feel confident and pleased. Normally when you come in for a trim and say “one inch” the hairdresser will show you how much an inch is on your hair and double check that that’s the amount of hair you want cut off. But my hair dresser didn’t do this. I told her an inch and she just started cutting. She drenched my hair with water all the way up to my scalp (which, I was getting an inch, and my hair was already damp from showering earlier that day so it just seemed unnecessary for her to absolutely soak my hair for one inch of hair). Needless to say I think I will try a different place for my next haircut and I would recommend anyone who reads this do the same.

Moving to a new city one of the first things you need to find are doctors and a hairdresser. After weeks of moving from the east coast and settling in my husband and I desperately needed a haircut. It was that day you knew it was going to be a very bad hair day that felt like your previous haircut was now shaped like you are wearing a football helmet. Since we did not know where to go on short notice we decided to try the Supercuts close to our home. We did not have high expectations but we knew we would feel better no matter how the cut came out. To our surprise our haircuts were great. People stopped me and asked where I got my haircut (saying they thought it was really cute). We have been going to Supercuts ever since. It is affordable, you don't need an appointment and if you have to wait it is never very long.
