I ordered some steering knuckles with bearings for a sonata from Autoshack. Price was crazy cheap compared to ANY place else. Shipped the first business day after ordering, arrived at my doorstep the following. Can't beat that..and free shipping! The parts appear to be of acceptable quality, fitment is good I think..unfortunately, "I" ordered the wrong parts..I made due rather than return. Just put in another order, and made sure I selected the correct trim level this time. For the price, I cant find a better deal. Thanks Autoshack!!

They send wrong size of rotor thru eBay instead they pologize on error they did. They putting conditions to return the wrong item. I don’t recommend these crocks business they waste my time waiting on parts and paid mechanic to install the rotors. After mechanic start doing the work we found it wrong size

I live in Colorado and thought I would try AutoShack for front brake pads. I got them about a week later and took them out to inspect them and they looked good. I took the old pads off looked at them and saw the abutment tabs/ears were not the same at all. I called and explained the issue and was told to take photos of the information on the box... which I did and sent it to them. Then they said I needed to take photos of both sets of brake pads, which I did. Then they wanted me to brake code from inside the trunk which I did (JE5). This went on for three weeks and now they gave me the return instructions and told me if they were put on, there would be a 20% restocking fee. I am going to send them back tomorrow and see if there is a restocking fee. This company only uses parts from China....do not use them!!

Don’t buy anything from this seller.otherwise you have to pay for return fee plus %20 restock fee for their mistake.I bought a Radiator for Sienna 2005 CE base on company’s data base. I have received a incompatible item.I texted costumer service to explain my issue.they referred to their wrong database. They rejected to return my money completely and have to pay for return fee. Fortunately company’s replied to my review said all numbers are interchangeable which is proved wrong database . For your information your Radiator RK1049 is compatible with 160410A390 not 160410A401 with completely Aluminum core and second one not. FYI those numbers are three different types Radiators. Goto Toyota website or Rockauto website to fix your Website .

AVOID like the plague!!! Never received parts ordered; they refused to reimburse me because “someone” unknown to me signed for the package. Clearly not delivered to the right address. They told me to file a police report! No sense of ownership or responsibility for the delivery problem or addressing it. Worst experience ever!!!

It was funny how I discovered this awesome kit that I bought on E Bay. A mechanic shop worker who has a 2004 BMW 330CI convertible (the model is the same, but mine is a coupe and 2005) and the first one bought this Front & Rear Performance Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors & Ceramic Pads Kit and he told me: this is fabulous , very sporty buy it, before I had some semi-metallic pads and if I washed my car today, two days later my rims were totally dirty due to brake dust. I bought them and they look super cool, I painted the calipers red again and after a week I ran my finger through the calipers, it's like for ripley, it's unbelievable absolutely no dust the only thing I noticed is that they squeak a little but for me it's nothing. Thank you for this wonderful product, at a great price it looks spectacular, super sporty and I give you 5 huge gold stars!

Good site for parts. Didn't have everything I needed so I had to source them elsewhere. Quality products from what I could see upon installation. My biggest complaints are: 1. Original arrival date changed when the shipment was picked up by UPS. Supposed to arrive on a Friday, changed to Monday after the 2nd day in transit. 2. Boxes were very thin and some of the parts I purchased had ripped through. Had to inspect everything upon arrival. Would recommend better packaging from the warehouse.

If I could give them a zero I would. We ordered pads and rotors. The parts didn’t fit so I shipped them back. We had to pay the shipping and a deduction of 15% from the total of $200. I have been going back and forth for almost 2 weeks. They refused to give my refund back and refused to send me the correct parts. They’re claiming that the parts were received in “damaged” condition. They’ve sent me pictures of the pads and rotors. There’s scratches of paint missing on the break pad and rotor. They’re claiming it’s the couriers problem not theirs. And the courier is saying that it’s Prime Choice/Auto Shacks problem. The courier I used helped me package everything. So why is it my fault that these parts were damaged? The supposedly “supervisor” isn’t professional at all. He never tried to see if he could make this right. All he could say is .....I’m sorry but there’s nothing I can do for you. I even asked him if it’s not my problem or your problem or even the couriers problem these parts are damaged who’s problem is it? I also asked him to send me back the parts and what he going to do with the damaged parts? He said he’s not sure where the parts are and he doesn’t know. I’m sure they will file a claim and get their money back on these parts. It’s the same as getting a part that’s defective and they will send you another one. So we are out of $200 plus we still don’t have any parts. My suggestion......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Prime Choice/AutoShack!!

Terrible company to order parts from. My wife's van was needing a bunch of front end work done. I ordered a 4 piece kit from them which included the two front struts and two stabalizer bar links. I got them in the mail but still needed a few more parts so needed to wait a couple for a couple of paychecks as I am the only one working and my wife is on maternity leave. After getting all the parts we installed them and took it for an alignment and found the struts were making noise. Upon calling auto shack them looked up our parts and told us they were not for our vehicle but one a few years older. They said I must have ordered the wrong parts and that they would not do anything about it because it was my mistake. I looked at my order and it says that I was looking at my vehicle which is a 2013 dodge grand caravan. They had the wrong parts on their website saying it will fit our vehicle and sold me the wrong parts and then blamed me for buying the wrong parts. Then when my wife called them the supervisor refused to talk to her so the customer service agent had to mediate between them and in the end they said we waited to long to call as they have a two week return policy.
