I thought my kittens leg was broken and I called Brookside in absolute hysterics and they were so nice to me and we got in there right away for her to be seen, she ended up being completely fine and they didn’t even charge me. I value the vet in my life more than my own doctor and the standard I hold for a vet is very high and Brookside has met my every expectation and more.

Brookside is by far the best veterinarian clinic that i have ever brought my dogs to. They are very caring and prompt when your pet has to be seen. They are also prompt when you have to order medicine. They are very attentive with my girl Malibu and she loves going there! FIVE HUNDRED STARS!!

Carly Mcdonald Refused to see my mother’s three month old kitten that had a high fever and was very lethargic who was right in the office. She said that she was too busy and was closing soon to just take a look at a innocent Kitten. I would not recommend this vet.. they should care about the animals more than that, I feel like this place is just a job and not a passion for animals.

Very disappointed have one dog with them and got two new pups and gave me the run around of not accepting new clients and when I told them that I was a new client I got put on hold and finally came back several minutes later to be told that there not accepting new patients when I know someone who just put a new patient with them. Very disappointed

Dr Tom Gill is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about my fur babies condition, the medicine that he sent us home with and what food our little guy should continue to eat. Dr. Gill is the very best vet we have ever had! He has an extremely friendly staff and I 100% trust Dr Gill and his amazing team to care for my fur babies. The Dr I trust and appreciate her personal calls to explain what’s happening, what I should expect. She goes over and beyond her extremely busy day to look up and print an article for me just to make me feel better as well as my pet even when she wasn’t feeling well, she took the extra measures to make sure I understood. I’ve been taking my pets here since 1994.
