We showed up for our pickup, there was no truck and no people here. Called U-haul support and apparently they claimed to have a truck available when they didn't, and claimed they were available for pickup when they were closed. U-haul needs to fire these guys

Bed of truck was unswept, you’d think they’d be able to just take a broom to it. Truck does what ya need it for but my big issue would be my mother paid for the uhaul with my card on Friday and it is now Wednesday and still haven’t received my money back after dropping off the uhaul. Corporate says it’s processed and my card that’s the issue. All deposits hit my card at 5 am this place will just steal $100 from ya for a damn deposit. I’ll never use this place again. My dog has gone without food bc they haven’t given back $60 of my money yet.
