The Firing Pin, LLC (our friends call us TFP, or "The Pin") is a public indoor shooting range, firearms training facility, and retail shooting sports store located in Bergen, NY (between Batavia and Rochester). We have a full range of products available and we are adding new inventory daily. Stop in and use the range or just browse around, we will be happy to serve you and hopefully make you a life-long customer! You'll find our customer service to be impeccable. We aren't like your typical gun shop. We won't talk down to you if you're inexperienced; if you're a new shooter, it is our goal to find you a gun that is comfortable and fits your needs.

Genuinely the best firing range of all time. Insanely nice people, incredible selection of any gun you would want to shoot. The customer service is just so awesome. Helpful, kind, and just all around cool. 100/10 in every way like the best place I have ever stepped foot in. As someone who doesn’t own any guns (yet) the rentals are amazing. I love this gun range.

Drove down here from Toronto and had a great time. After not being able to rent guns at several other ranges in the Buffalo area we found this location. The staff is very nice and helpful and made the experience 10x better and let us shoot a full auto mp5. Would definitely come back here again

Great guys and a great range. I was in town for work, never shot a gun before in my life, so tought i try it out. And they took really good care of us, really took their time. Very patient, friendly and very passioned guys!

Went there this morning with my good friend. Brought in a brand new rifle that I’ve never shot before. As a matter of fact, I hadn’t fired a rifle in many years. Right off the bat there were issues with my gun not being NYS compliant. Brian quickly pointed them out and fixed what needed to be fixed to meet the compliance requirements. Once in the range, I continued to have issues (all my own fault) and Brian again was quick to assist me and walk me through some things. I decided afterward that I needed to sign up for a refresher course in order to feel confident, comfortable and safe with my rifle. The crew was excellent, graceful and very knowledgeable. Despite some of my missteps, Brian and the crew made me feel welcomed and dignified. Will definitely be back again, first for some more training. The other crew members (don’t remember their names) were very cool as well. Also, the store has a great selection of firearms, along with anything else you need.

For every first-timer, please just go and enjoy! Will not disappoint you. Also, the bathrooms are clean and you can see some interesting notes on the wall. I believe these guys treat these place careful and serious. All in all it’s a good place to go.

After Corona virus took the world by grip they stopped supplying the free tools to detercontact tracing. However, no worries. If you couldn't find your earmuffs and goggles they resourcefully are available for purchase. 🔫🎯
